Mockups Show AirPods in Apple's New Jet Black Color

Minus the gold trim, I would probably prefer these to the white version. Though, white headphones is sort of Apple's thing. I kind of think the AirPods are ugly, but I also haven't seen any other bluetooth ear buds of this sort that I thought looked nice.

 

How does it look any worse than white plastic?

I can see the arguments about shiny black metal looking like plastic, but this is plastic. Who cares if plastic looks like plastic?

 

Finally. I was beginning to worry about Apple's obsession with Whitey.
