Most aesthetically pleasing iPhone in your opinion?

Design and aesthetics would put the 4/4S designs over the 5/5S designs. I'm not a fan of the 5/5S for the following reasons:
1. Gorilla glass is raised above the chamfered edge, why would a designer do such a thing??? It's a mistake and if Jobs was still around, he would have chewed someone out for it because it's just unprofessional. Ive will probably say the same thing since he's in design but it's a detail that I think got missed when the phones went into production the first time around.
2. The aluminum chassis is inferior to the glass and stainless steel. Aluminum is soft and even the best anodizing coat on a thin piece of aluminum for a case would be easy to dent, scratch, and bend. The 4/4S design had some flex in the design to help with durability and also with balance. The 5/5S is unbalanced and is more fragile in everyday use.
3. "bookmatched" glass inlays. Who on god's green earth still does this? It makes sense to have human "bookmatched" parts on let's say a Maserati or Rolls Royce. This just makes no sense on a phone that has robots "bookmatching" the glass inlays. This process is slow, inefficient, and generally flawed. It's like making chocolate milk and throwing in some lemon juice for some extra zing. Good luck if it doesn't curdle.
4. Right behind the 4/4S design, I would say that the 5C design is quite good. Stainless steel chassis under a poly coat is durable and makes the phone almost have it's own case. Apple could have actually just built in bezels of the plastic extending to the front to protect the screen and make a replaceable poly shell so users could switch plates as they see fit ala Nokia.
So even after all of this I still purchased some 5S units to replace my 4S units. Why? It's because of the interior PCB design. 64 bit architecture pretty much ensures that older 32 bit tech won't survive another 2 iterations.

When you are in a hole stop digging, the 4 and 4s were virtually identical everywhere, including the UK.
You could take a permanent black marker and draw the 1cm long line onto the 4 to make them identical if you felt the need.

This thread is about aesthetics and the 4 wasn't aesthetically pleasing to the eye for me personally, this was because personally I didn't like the odd antenna band on the top of the phone!
