I agree with the curb biting scene *shudders*
- The stabbing in Saving Private Ryan.
I found that scene disturbing too, but not for the actual stabbing, but rather because of the cowardice of the other soldier, that allowed for it to happen.
I've seen the movie a couple of times, but I can't get my head around to what stabbing scene you people keep referring to. Could you provide some more details? The character pissed me off to no end. When he finally did what he had to do, I was like about damn time.

The scene where the Jewish American solider (I forgot his name) and the previously French Caputured solider whom they let go are fighting in that apartment at the end of the movie.
German captured soldier german. The French were on our side (allegedly)
Did anyone see the "Lust, Caution" in the movie theatre (not DVD)? Talk about being uncomfortable around family...
I saw it on DVD with my gf, fast forwarded to the "best part".![]()
I agree with the curb biting scene *shudders*.
The scene with the pit of syringes in Saw 2 or 3. I have a phobia of needles!
The one where he's on top of the jewish guy, pressing down the knife and all the while going "shhhh."? Yeah, that was weird. The scene where the Jewish American solider (I forgot his name) and the previously French Caputured solider whom they let go are fighting in that apartment at the end of the movie.

Your attitude there really annoys me. I can't stand it when guys (I am 16 so there are a hell of a lot of guys I am around like this) are like "Oh, brokeback mountain. Sick!!! I would never watch that. I'd rather (insert really painful abuse to themselves) than watch that movie!!!!" said in a really manly voice. It pisses me off soooo much. I'm not homosexual but it just seems so fake when guys act like that. Sorry, i just hate it a lot. I like to think of myself as a "homo-homophobe".
Actually I'm 20 years old and still find watching love scenes around family uncomfortable. I think it has more to do with taboos in our culture.

To me, it was the thought of your last moments being listening to someone say something incomprehensible, and being like "Wait, what? What are you saying?!" And then dying.
That's why I took up being a serial killer in old folks homes. I take out their hearing aids, and pretend to say something while I kill them. Just for that final look of puzzlement.
What? The Americans captured that guy... I thought he was French. German whatever.
Actually the soldier that killed the Jewish guy was a different soldier to the one which was captured by Tom Hanks and friends. The one who they capture ends up shooting Tom's character and is himself shot by the cowardly guy Upham.
