32GB Black AT&T, ordered from Apple.com the first seconds it was open. Arrived in Louisville, KY at 1:58AM Eastern time. :)
 
I ordered at 8am est on friday, mine still says processing for shipment. I am on the east coast. Has anyone in the east coast who ordered around the same time
got their iphones shipped?

I ordered through apple.com. I tried the ups thing and it does not work for me.
 
A handful of flights have already made it from Anchorage to Louisville. I wonder if they're going to be pooling them at Louisville and waiting to fill trucks out to the regional distro centers.

FINALLY. Mine has arrived at Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong. Still says "preparing for shipment" on the Apple page, though. I was seriously starting to panic that my order was going to be one of the ones canceled under mysterious circumstances.

I ordered at about 11 pm on the 7th and mine still says preparing for shipment. I am neither surprised or concerned. I knew waiting until the end of the day could delay my shipment. I ordered a 32 GB white and I'm on the east coast.
 
Ordered a white 32gb at 4:30am EST on Friday morning thru the Apple Store App and it is still preparing for shipment. Ordered my wife's white 16gb at the same time thru Apple's website and it made a "reservation". Completed the order thru Apple around 7am that morning and her's has shipped and is now leaving Alaska. We're located on the East Coast. Hoping mine ships soon!

Me too. I ordered around 5:20am, I'm in CT, I ordered using the AppleStore app. I got my confirmation email at 5:28am & so far nothing on UPS.

anyone knows how to track the flight from hong kong? don't have a departure scan yet.
 
Nothing on UPS about mine, but Apple says preparing for shipment. Card has been authorized for the full amount, still says Oct 14 for delivery. If I don't have a tracking number by tomorrow, I guess I'll call Apple and make sure everything is ok. 16GB white Verizon, ordered 7am Mountain Time.

EDIT: I couldn't resist, I called Apple. She told me that my order is good to go, and is waiting for the carrier to pick it up. She confirmed that some will be shipped from the states, and will not receive the tracking number until today or tomorrow. She told me that my card has been approved, so there is no reason to worry. Hopefully she knows what she talking about :).

All three of mine have tracking finally (32gb, 32gb, 64gb all black AT&T). The last one took the longest to get but its finally here. Good luck to everyone else.

Apple.com still says "preparing for shipment" and haven't received any shipping notification.

However, UPS.com has the package tracking now!
Seems a bit later than most on here, so all those who haven't found theirs on UPS.com shouldn't lose hope!

Sometimes they hold the money and have to release it or the hold was to just get an authorization. It will be taken out though.
 
Mine has shipped as well!! WOOT! Maybe luck out and get it a day early again!

My card was charged immediately, but it has been in pending the whole time, now it has cleared.

Can't WAIT!!! :)

Mine still doesn't show on the UPS website. Did you get a 32gb with AT&T?

Is the phone number supposed to be entered into the UPS tracking site without dashes? That's what I've been doing.
 
Does anyone else's tracking not say Chek Lap Kok even though it departed at 3:45pm from Shenzhen? I'm confused since it's on the same plane as other's phones, I'm worried mine didn't get scanned :(

Yeah, now they are taking their sweet time on those trucks so we have to get it on the 14th.
