My iPhone 4S has shipped!!

That's strange. After I got off the phone with Apple to fix my shipping address I logged in to check the status and they had already updated it. I can't comment on the rest of your post as I am not familiar with Verizon.

Another thing that's weird (sorry if this is off topic) but when the servers were being hammered on Friday, I accidentally placed my order twice. My first attempt timed out, I got no verification email and didn't get to the order verification screen, so I ordered a second time. It turns out they are shipping BOTH of my orders. But the weird thing is, I set them both up as a new line on the family plan, and the family plan can only handle 5 lines (and the first one was number 5). You would think if the first order went through that they would have prevented my from placing the second one but I guess not.

Can anybody think of what might happen with the second order? Did I just get two subsidized iPhones when I only qualified for one, or are they going to try to make me sign up for another Verizon account once I get my two phones? I called APple about it and they had no idea what would happen and basically told me to keep the second phone if I wanted....

Be very careful because i had a situation where i ordered from att canceled it then ordered from apple then apple canceled my order now I'm stuck seeing if i might be getting it from att since they claim it was never fully canceled, anyway my case might be different since i am doing upgrades and not adding new lines. my other phone that i ordered is going through smoothly but still stuck on prepared for shipment. also don't always trust what and rep says whether its apple or att, make sure they won't cancel each other out.

It looks like a whole bunch of us are on UPS 59! :) I've never tracked it this much on previous releases, I need to get off these forums!

That's why I'm not going to cancel either order at this point. If they both arrive, I can either return the extra or sell it if they will let me keep it at subsidized pricing while only opening one new line (that would be awesome but is that even possible?). Worst case, I'll just return one of them. Apple didn't seem to mind. I'm worried if I cancel one now, Apple might figure out the error and cancel the other one because I'm only opening one line and then I'll end up without a phone.

Weird that my address hasn't been updated on the order status yet, but I called Apple about it after it had been "preparing for shipping" on Sunday when I noticed the error, and maybe that's why it won't update on the status page (you can't update the address via the website at that point). When I asked Apple they said that they can still change the address though, so I hope they are right.
 
32GB Black AT&T ordered at 2AM PST still no tracking info. Used phone number and order confirmation as well as order confirmation minus the last two digits. Bummer, I was hoping I'd get it early.

@ troop - thanks for being optimistic for me, but my arrival scan shows 8:50pm so it can't be on a 7:15pm flight, But I am being optimistic that it might be on the next flight, but I am not aware when that flight is out of Hong Kong.

The more I am trying to keep away from the forum the more I am now drawn into tracking my phone.

Does anyone who's phone was on flight 2997 from ANC last night at 11:11 PM have a scan in Louisville yet? I know the flight arrived at 9:30AM but still no scan. Probably just missed the scan and will get a departure scan sometime later.

I don't believe yours has gotten that far yet. From the pattern I've seen is from Shenzhen to Hong Kong, then onto a plane. I guess yours is en route to Hong Kong.
 
This is so frustrating, not being able to get the UPS or Fedex trick to work. Tried both my numbers and order number (minus last two digits) all to no avail.

Do you think so? I saw a plane that will be comming from Anchorage to HongKong 2 hours from now, do you think that will be our plane and flight number? its UPS84
 
UPS tracking shows the same for me, left at 11:11pm and no arrival yet. I'm in San Diego though, why would my phone be sent to Louisville?
