My S3 Due Friday, How to Activate on AT&T?

So, my Series 3 is due to be delivered Friday, (Sept 22). Once it gets here, how to I activate the cellular feature? I'm on AT&T.

Do I have to physically bring it to an AT&T store? Can I do it over the phone? Online?
