I saw a 17" powerbook in some garden design show in the UK.

The current series with Daily Mirror editor Piers Morgan about the media, he has an iMac on his desk.

Whats that film where the girl forecasts an accident that then happens and the carload of friends she is watching it with are killed off one at a time? One lad has a Mac in a box when he moves into his flat.

the movie runaway jury has a g3 imac, a bunch of tibooks, cinema displays, and a 1g or 2g ipod which they kindly refer to as "the mp3 player" [it was used to back up the data from the imac]

one of the all-time chick flicks disguised as something men would want to watch: Coyote Ugly. If I remember correctly, Piper Perabo was sporting a clamshell so she could make tunes.

Movies-FREAKY FRIDAY- there are macs everywhere there
TV-ive seen macs in ALOT of commercials, you just have to look.
in home depot, there was a display of an iBook on a wooden floor, pro apple mouse and all!

Ross and Chandler both had powerbook g3s on friends, and Scrubs uses the TiBook.

JD does have a Tibook, you even have shots of him using OS X... but don't forget all of the iMac's at the nursing station, and Dr. Kelso has an iMac in his office.

In You've Got Mail, Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan email each other with Macintosh computers. I have no idea what models, though.

Actually, Meg Ryan has a Powerbook but Tom Hanks uses some PC notebook. It makes sense since she has a tiny store and he has the big mega store that is trying to take over everything.

We saw Taking Lives last night and Ehtan Hawke uses a Mac, they never show the computer (that I saw) but you see the Cinema Display a couple of times and they even have a close up shot of it and they are using iMovie to review some video footage.

the ben stiller movie duplex uses a g3 powerbook... im not sure which [wallstreet, pismo, lombard] whats the difference??? the lombard has the bronze keys correct??? the apple was upside down when ben opened it... thats weird...

theres also a tibook that drew barrymore uses and a 23" cinema display...

I saw a 20" Cinema Display on "Without A Trace" last evening.

"Law & Order" uses them a lot.

wdlove I can't believe everyone missed "Law & Order",
also "Law & Order SVU"
and I believe a PB showed up on Comedy Centrals "The Daily Show"

This has probably already been mentioned, but in Futurama, when they go to the Robot Planet that Bender finds himself head of, the horns they play make the iMac 'startup sound'

I also read through all of the posts waiting to get to one mentioning Law & Order. (I watch all 3 of the series every week.)

Also, on a less popular WB show, Grounded For Life, there is a tangerine iMac in Lily's bedroom.

I know I see Macs all the time, but right now I can't think of other shows or movies where I've seen them. I also yell out "Mac" when I see them, which I think annoys my wife and my brothers.

I have seen a few macs on Dawsons Creek. Errrr, I mean, my wife saw a mac on Dawsons Creek. :D
They even had one episode where Dawsons dad wants to buy him a pc laptop. Dawson does not want it because he is a mac guy. He goes on a little diatribe that you are either a mac guy or a pc guy. (again, my wife told me this.);)

I saw the episode. Errr I mean my gf told me. :D
Dawson's dad slammed Dawson when he said I want a Mac.

They also use a 20" or 23" display on the movie Paycheck.

School of Rock: A 6th grader had a PowerBook, and in one of the classrooms, there were 2 or 3 FPD iMacs.

Freaky Friday: A teacher in the teacher's lounge had a 15" PowerBook.

That's not weird, it's normal. They were all like that. Dunno why.

Other appearances:

The Brothers Garcia - Nickelodeon (At least a display)
Clockstoppers - TONS of iBooks

Not exactly a t.v. show, but I was impressed. At the Toyota plant where I work, we have old PC's running Windows 2000 sitting around everywhere. Today, we got to see a video during our daily five minute meeting. They often use this time for pro-company propoganda! Today's video was about how "American" the new Solara is. In one scene, they showed the designers in California working on the styling. G4's everywhere, OS X, Apple Keyboards and mice, and Apple displays! I'm glad to see that some of our shrinking bounus is being well spent! :)

Cold Creek Manor!!!

I just always get a kick when I see a PB in a movie/show, and the apple logo is taped over :D

The main guy sported the 23" Cinema display (couldn't remember the brains behind the monitor) but he did some real nice Video editiing in it...
I guess ever since I got this iMac 20", I've been noticing them more...
Cool idea for a thread :)
