Heck ya!!

Works great!!! Well done netflix!!

The only thing I had trouble with is when you're searching for something don't hit "search". Just type in what you want and let it search automatically as you type. Once it finds what you want hit "done". Slightly strange but works well once you understand that hitting "search" doesn't do anything. :)

works flawlessly on my iphone 3g

installed and works beautifully on my 3g (no not 3gs)
and easily allows searched for and found titles to be added to my instant watch queue

running edge (my3g app)

Works OK on EDGE, better than I expected but its having to buffer a lot. A few things that I think would help this app

1) Ability to preload a large portion or the entire movie. You may have to wait 30 min or so to start the movie but when you do it would work. Better than driving to blockbuster.

2) Ability to access to the disk que. Life goes on, flixter is better about putting the actual new releases than nf

3) Retna icon, I could care less I addeed cuz youza a bunch of OCD beyoches :p:rolleyes:

Edit, OK I give up trying to watch a movie on EDGE, owell, thats not something I should expect to work.

I just hope everyone with this app kept their unlimited internet. This has to use up a fair amount of your internet data.

Wsod?

I downloaded the netflix app this morning onto my 3GS running 4.0.1. When I start it up I get the red Netflix splash screen with a spinning, loading indicator. It's there for about 10-15 seconds, then I get a white screen with nothing aside from the carrier/time/battery bar at the top.

Anyone else experiencing this? I will try deleting and redownloading to see if it makes a difference

Lame Lame Lame Lame Lame Lame

You're telling me netflix released an APP for the iphone that doesn't allow the user the manage their DVD que? LAME

Very upset this app doesn't let you manipulate the DVD or instant queue, it only lets you watch whatever is already on the instant queue. Can someone recommend a good 3rd party app to manage both queues?

Um? Safari. You probably already have it and it works great. What is the issue with everyone who "needs" web-replacement apps on an iPhone?

Netflix queues

I know it's cool and all to have an app for doing things on your Netflix queue, but you can still do everything that you need to on their web page from your iPhone/iPad. It's not exactly optimized for an iPhone, but it's usable...

You should not be using Edge and stream in the same sentence. :D

3G not working well for me...

I'm on 3g on an iPhone 3G (not S).

I just tried two different movies and both hung after about 30 to 40 seconds and then kicked me back to the Netflix selection screen.

For all those bitching about not being able to manage their disc accounts go download PhoneFlicks for that until Netflix makes this app a little more robust.

However.... I have already watched Art & Copy on my iPhone 4 this morning while sitting here in our Art Dept working away on my Mac and I am like a pig in ****. This could become a horrible obsession though.... and productivity killer! ;)

I just watched an episode of Family Guy at work, via 3G and it streamed flawlessly. No lag, no hang ups, etc. It started immediately and the picture quality was perfect the entire episode. Really impressed.

Your problem is your 3G phone. Upgrade or be left behind.
