iPhlix, lots of great features, gorgeous graphics. Though I may be a bit partial :).

And I may be partial to iRM (i rent movie) but I love the simple drag and drop feature to reorder the queue (which is side by side to the instant queue) and how it indicates the wait time right underneath each movie title. Maybe the others programs have changed since then, but when I demoed all of the others, title availability wasn't indicated.

Ah so happy. I hope this means they will update there iPad app to a real app like this is, and not the web browser nonsense.

kinda disappointed so far

Works horribly over my WiFi. Plus, would it be too much to ask to have access to my queue so I can organize or even just see it? That seems sort of obvious.

I'm glad I kept the unlimited plan!

For those of you complaining about not being able to manage both queues, Safari works just fine managing queues from their web page. There are also a metric **** ton of apps in the store for managing your netflix queues, such as Flixster.

Just wait until September 1st! They are launching an A$$LOAD of new material that day due to recent studio agreements.

Yeah, I believe the purchased rights to Paramount and MGM Films!?!?!?!

Between Netflix on my iPhone 4 and my XBOX 360, I'm surrounded by to much content from Netflix now, lol, best 8.99/month ever!

Too bad AT&T only gives you 2GB of data to use now.... that means you can watch... one movie?!?!

Unless, you know, like many still have your unlimited data....besides you can use wifi bro! wifi is way better and well wifi hotspots are pretty much everywhere unless you live in some po-dunk town of five people near midland texas

Netflix app buffers so much it is unwatchable. I have full 3G service, but it's a no go. Same goes for XM and Pandora most of the day. I typically switch to Edge and my radio apps work fine, but then I end up not receiving phone calls. Seriously WTF. I know the 3G network is clogged, but when all the awesome features of a phone are crippled when I have full service, what is the point.

Leaving Pittsburgh might solve the issues, move to ya know an actual city. ;) i kid i kid

But that's the point of having an app. I can get most things on the web, but it's nice (and would seem ********** obvious) to have the queue on the app.

Then your wifi sucks 'cause I have tested on five different wifi networks including my own and had 11 of my desktop staff try it out no issues. In regard to the queue management so what.

You just need better wifi bro, works perfectly for me and 5 people at work who just started messing with the new app!

Instant queue management has some options

Although they don't have any features for the DVD queue implemented you can add items to the instant queue using the search selection (it gives you the option to play it or add it to your queue). Also, you can delete items from the instant queue by touching the [In queue] status. There doesn't appear to be a way to rearrange the queue but the scroll works pretty well, even for a queue like mine with about 150 items in it :) - Cheers

Pffft I have 496 things in my instant que, try scrolling through that!

Anyone with 2 iPhones. Wondering if my wife watching something will screw up my stream.

I tried this earlier today with my IP4 and my wife's and it worked on both, both of them playing different movies. Worked just fine running two movies on two separate devices.

Eric

I'll subscribe to Netflix when the app's available for the :apple:TV

Yeah, thats smart, 'cuz ya know ya can't untilize it now by watching on your laptop, or pc, or phone or ipad, xbox, roku, etc... or connecting anyone one of those things to a TV to watch it on your TV w/out an Apple TV, but hey if you wanna wait, by all means, but just sayin' 5 min you can be up and running an alreayd using netflix on your tv....

Has anyone monitored their data usage since Netflix app went live? I raked up over 300MB so far today :D

I have died and gone to heaven!

Retina display, Netflix on demand...

I have died and gone to heaven. It works fantastically well.

I am shocked that Apple allowed this app as it seems to blow away the need for renting movies (assuming you belong to Netfix). But very happy they did.

Streaming is the future. Subscription based streaming is the way.

(Although Rhapsody works well for music, and now Netflix for movies, I am still waiting for Apple to provide similar subscription streaming services via iTunes)

Yeah it's US only. You'll need US iTunes & Netflix accounts to get it to work. I've managed it, but it took a bit of legwork.

Wait a minute. Can you stream from UK? I thought you can only watch it with US IP addresses, no?

Also, I wish the app would also allow to manage your Disc Queue.
