New 14-Inch and 16-Inch MacBook Pro Orders Now 'Preparing to Ship'

When should we expect the new MBPs to ship? I've never pre-ordered one before. It is scheduled for 26th.

Seems someone is a little bit jealous. I honestly don't see how their post is much different from the others who posted their high end specs on their new macbook pro and their delivery date. You don't know their life...maybe they are getting reimbursed by their company, or maybe they saved the money just for this expense....hell maybe they are just wealthy. Everyone is bragging with their specs.. They are excited so I don't think this person was trying to show off any more than the others.

That is the "hideous design" that you (and others) are freaking out about. Hyperbolic much?

My built to order 16" with M1 Pro, 32gb ram and 512gb just went to preparing to ship. It’s still saying 4-8th November but that should be a couple of days sooner if it gets shipped by mid week

I wasn't expecting built to order MBP's to be preparing to / being shipped this soon.

I order mine within 2 minutes of the orders opening (not knowing what colour I ordered lol) and it slipped back a couple of days, now its going to the end of November and into December.

Hi all,
To my surprise, my order is under processing state, ETA 3rd Nov - 9th Nov, but I just got a full refund on my card!!!! It happened probably last hour.
Then I checked the apple store, it is still under processing state, I tried to call them, the URA recognized my order, confirmed the status as processing and ETA dates, but now I am concerned about why they refunded me.
I remember that when I got my M1 months ago, I received it from DHL when the store was still saying preparing for shipping ?‍♂️?
So ok, I know the store will take probably a couple of days to reflect the current state.
Does anyone ever experience a similar situation? I am afraid they cancelled my order for an unknown reason. I didn't change anything.

It happened to me this morning, it seems that the hold they placed on my credit card has expired so the money has come back into my balance. if they don't actually take the money out within (3?) business days, the hold will expire and it will be re-credited to your account. obviously, this will vary from bank to bank.

my shipping window was a bit different though, originally was Oct 29 to NZ.

My work laptop has been ordered, 14" Pro / 10 core. Our campus store is only stocking a few configurations, this particular config won't be in stock until... the 24th of November. They get them in batches - not sure what the exact process is, but it's going to be a long wait.
 
Just notified of shipped 14” Pro base model with 94w charger to Australia. Ordered within 10 mins after presentation finished. Shipping by DHL, the expected delivery on Apple store is 04/11/21 but I think it’ll come earlier than then.

I wish they would make a 16” “BIG Air” model - that would be the perfect blend of size, features and cost for me.
 
Ordered about a day after they launched on the website, got estimates of Nov 3rd - 11th. I know it'll probably be another week until it goes into the Preparing to Ship process, but I'm still refreshing the page every hour. It'll be my first M1-series MacBook and can't wait to join that squad!

Went for the base M1 Pro 14inch model.

Mine is supposed to arrive nov 3-nov 5 but it just changed to preparing to ship and my credit card was charged today. Would I be so lucky as to get it a week early? 16" M1 Max 64GB 2TB. I ordered minutes after the keynote was over and I could have got an October 26th ship date for a lesser config.

Are you located in the USA or are you in another country? It seems the shipped status is a little delayed, my 16 MBP already shipped and just arrived in Anchorage AK
