Are you a hand model? If not, I'm quite sure you could find work in the field if you wanted to.
No, that is fine. While I do notice some slight wear, the case still looks fantastic compared to others I have seen over the same time frame. I got my wife a red leather case too and Im keeping an eye on that one as well.
BTW, I agree, your hands look perfect. You should be a hand model.
Really liking the brown leather on my space gray phone.

I bought the black leather case for my iPhone 5S after replacing my Spigen hybrid. I must say, I'm very impressed. It feels very similar to my wallet, albeit a bit more firm. It takes a couple days to get used to and I wish it had a better grip but now I really like the leather feel to it. It's getting better over time. Highly recommended, disregarding the price.
I am thinking about buying a black as well and good to see you like the case. Price is a little steep, but so is everything apple makes/sells.
I said the same thing earlier in the thread, and I'm also from NC!![]()
When new, sure. But as it wears it becomes less stiff. It looked great but just didn't provide the level of protection I'd hoped.
Just put a new one on, it feels light and comfortable. When I was buying some bloke behind me showed me his brown case after a month or two use, it looked absolutely dreadful and completely lost its appeal.
Edit: around a week of use and the edges got darker. Supposedly it's normal but just looks grimy to be honest. Not sure if my expectations were different. I may exchange it for a black one and not worry about the brown getting any dirtier.
For those getting exchanges or store credit for dirty cases was it in the return period or after? If it was after what did you say for them to replace for free?
My wife's beige looks filthy.
They'll replace them outside of the normal 14 day returns period. Just explain that you've been careful with the case, and it's still dirty and it's just not acceptable.
Thanks! I went in today and asked them about how to clean it and they recommended leather cleaner. They saw how filthy it looked but didn't even blink an eye. I guess I'll have to specifically ask next time.
Haha! Hardly. I sprayed it with a leather protector on Day 1 (posted a link a couple pages back).
I had a couple moments when I thought for sure I had ruined it... one was when I set it down in olive oil while cooking, and the other was when a pen in my purse marked on it. But it just rubbed off... it's like the oil and ink were sitting on top of the protector instead of soaking in to the leather
ETA: here's the link, in case you don't want to go hunting for it. Long thread, after all.![]()
