I don't use AppleMusic, TV+, and Arcade...I do pay $0.99/month for 50GB of storage....so I'm not going to pay $14.95 for the first tier for crap I don't care about or use when I'm only paying 99cents right now.
No one ever said that was an option. I thought Apple One is now the only way to subscribe?....
All the posts on this site for the last month or two made it seem to me (IMO) that the bundle was replacing existing pricing structures.
If you're only using two services, you don't need a bundle.I need only two: iCloud and Music. That means on the cheapest Apple One, I'm overpaying by $4, or $4 for services that I don't need.
No, thanks.
Who doesn't?No thanks. I like not paying for stuff.
This is just the first time a bundle was offered, that's why it's been discussed here for so long.No one ever said that was an option. I thought Apple One is now the only way to subscribe?....

I am so confused and unsure of what bundle they could have possibly offered to pique your interest if you only care about 50gb of storage. I don't think you were their target audience. Or maybe you outsmarted them again.![]()
Well maybe their target audience are all the Applefanbois on this site and not the average consumer.
A question I haven’t seen asked yet, is what will Apple offer to new iPhone buyers next month? We got AppleTV+ last year, which given the limited available titles, that wasn’t much of a gift for at least half the year. I’d take the $5 savings I would have to pay by going up to the Premier plan from my current Music and 2TB storage plan, to get TV+, News and Fitness, if they would do something like that for those services not currently being used.
If you currently make use of 1 service, and have no interest in any others, then why are you even looking at bundles?
Then you don’t need this service ...Assuming that you need all the services within the bundle.

Because they were announced?

Lol ok.. but you were compelled to tell us all how you're not going to pay $14.95 for the first tier crap you don't care about or use.
Well, 190gb of my 200gb is filled right now and im flying solo.. how is my wife going to fit all her stuff in 10gb lol.
We need more storage in the basic family bundle - plus I dont care about your stupid games can you swap out the arcade.. 😅
From what I read you can do either. Each person can have their own bucket, or the primary user can just get 200G or 1T and share it.Regarding storage, does each family member get 2tb of storage or are you sharing a total of 2tb of iCloud storage?
I also have the student rate on Apple Music ($4.99). I strong suspect they’ll announce an educational tier. If not, as you say, it may be better for students to go a la carte, and just get the services they want.I am currently paying $4.99 for apple music with my student discount. Wonder if Apple plans a student bundle price because right now it doesn't make sense for me to go to Apple One.

Apple today unveiled several long-awaited "Apple One" service bundles that allow you to subscribe to multiple Apple services for a single monthly fee, saving you some money compared to purchasing each service individually.

There are three Apple One tiers, which include the following services:
The Individual plan saves customers $6 compared to purchasing each service separately, while the Family plan offers $8 per month savings. The highest-tier Premier plan saves customers $25 per month and includes the greatest number of services.
- Individual ($14.95 per month) - Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, and 50GB iCloud storage.
- Family ($19.95 per month, shared with six family members) - Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, and 200GB iCloud storage.
- Premier ($29.95 per month, shared with six family members) - Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, 2TB iCloud storage, Apple News+, and Apple Fitness+.
The Premier plan is the only plan that offers access to Apple Fitness+, Apple's new fitness-based video lesson service that is set to launch in late 2020.
Fitness+ offers workouts that can be watched on an iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV, with fitness-related data collected by the Apple Watch.
Customers who purchase one of Apple's subscription bundles are able to add additional iCloud storage if necessary according to the fine print on the Apple One website.
Apple One bundles will be available later this fall, and one-month free trials will be available for services that you haven't already tried. Fitness+ will be launching later this year.

I wish they just had an annual plan.
Looking at the fitness page it's $9.99 a month or $79.99 for the year.
I really just want news+ and the iCloud, but it's cheaper to buy them separately. But they do not have an annual discount as well...
Imagine, the top tier plan for $29.99 a month or like $300 a year or something.
