Update: If you click Select on the 2.53GHz and 2.66GHz 15" units they are also saying dispatched in 3-5 business days.

I think the shipments were slated for "early" this week. Today and tomorrow are both possible.

I will let you know the moment my currys store gets one of these mystery packages in. There has been no store intranet warnings about not opening a blacked out palette, so I wont count on us getting it in before release day, but we shall see.
As for taking a sneaky peak, Im afraid Im not willing to risk my job over it... if however a different brand new member of the forum were to suddenly have photos I would be very interested in seeing them

Considering all the rumors, and the 3-5 day shipping estimates, I think it's pretty safe to say we'll get our precious MBP on Thursday.

The question however, is how they will be upgraded... I'll get one either way though. After borrowing a Windows PC for the last one and a half month, I've never been more sure of my choice to go with Mac. Windows is awful, and a Mac is in my opinion absolutely worth the extra money.

Same in the Dutch online Apple store. Used to be only high end 13" on 3-5, now they all are.

If it's next week (3/1) it'll be a long wait. I'll be on a vacation then

I've heard some people hinting that Lion will be a free update due to the amount of cash Apple are bringing in from both app stores.

That would be pretty slick. That way I can keep the ODD I never use, and have the slow HDD for files and the SSD for Applications and OS. It'll still have to be a minimum 32GB SSD for that but it will be a much cheaper option. Does mean definately no dedicated graphics on the 13" though
