No, iPhone 4G is easier. What's wrong with that? Everyone knows what you're talking about, it makes sense.Yeah, just call it "fourth generation iPhone" or "next iPhone" rather than "iPhone 4G". Duh.

Personally I'd rather have a carbon fiber design over an aluminum one, why? Signals can pass through it with ease plus it looks sexii![]()
If you look at the one picture on engadget where it is one image with multiple smaller angle shots in it the back of the device in the one picture has something like a pokeball instead of an apple.

It will be glass.

Do we know this 100% ? No.. it could be plastic for all we know.
With regards to glass,it is a dielectric, and has a low attenuation coefficient, thus microwaves can be both reflected and absorpbed.
Yes- mobile phones use microwaves.
Sigh, it's a reflection.
Because A.) it contradicts Apple's own published naming scheme and B.) it will be confusing when Apple does release a 4G-network-capable iPhone. Are you going to call that "the iPhone 6G-but-in-actuality-4G"?No, iPhone 4G is easier. What's wrong with that? Everyone knows what you're talking about, it makes sense.
Just letting you know the word on the street. Drunk engineers talk a lot.
Maybe they were just getting beer glasses and iPhone cases confused?Just letting you know the word on the street. Drunk engineers talk a lot.
Is that a California?
That makes no sense. Apple has been using the 'G' designation on the iPhone to refer to the mobile carrier technology. The first iPhone was '2G' (EDGE), the next two were '3G' referring to the network connectivity.
This summer's iPhone will not be labelled '4G' because LTE is not widely available.
And as everyone knows, the dielectric constant is approximately 4. My wife knew that, so I had to marry her.
