I hope not!! Apple needs to keep this simple. Period.... One unit for all that does everything we need.
He makes a good point about the App store. "One size fits all" only works well for a close system. If you are going to allow games...

Nah, it'll be U2, and you won't be able to turn it off....Dr. Dre should be a headliner in that case.

Whatever it will be, it requires alot more "electricity" than a normal "concert".
I agree. As Apple slowly migrates away from its original core business, it's now all about consumer entertainment. This facility will help Apple reshape it's business into the image they want to present to consumers and HollywoodThey hold concerts at this location, so a full public launch of Apple Music with a full concert with a handful of artist.
I hope it's more, like a huge surprise, but my hunch is its all just Apple Music related.
U2 with Dr. Dre as the new frontman.Nah, it'll be U2, and you won't be able to turn it off....
Most of those generators are for the A/C units.
Not sure if you've ever been to any concerts there but I've been to a bunch and it gets very hot inside that building.
That and it's old. You need extra amperage for the A/V equipment being used for this event.
I've been to many a concert at the Civic Center, and they never use AC. You know, so that the interior gets so hot inside that you're willing to pay the $7 for the 6oz of coca-cola on (a lot of) ice.
Bump...Still think the new Apple TV is gonna be $99?![]()
I drove by the building on Friday, couldn't find any traces of Apple.
