Anyone get a i7 with the m395x?? Curious if they are having problems and it's delaying shipment. Can not find anyone on the internet with that setup yet.. 6th gen i7 & m395x
I ordered the maxed out 27 inch iMac with the i7 and m395x on the 13th, but it is still in Processing mode, not even Preparing. I tried Chat, but they were no help. Just said to check order status.
Update: I just called to see if there was any problem. The agent put me on hold for a long time and said that there was no problem with the components and it is still expected to be delivered tomorrow. He also said that I should be receiving a shipping notice sometime today, as it is being shipped only a few miles from my home.

It seems like the i7 395x folks are a bit behind.

Ordered October 13th from Texas. It's a BTO with i7, 395x, and 3TB Fusion Drive and is expected to deliver Friday (or sooner once FedEx pick up the iMac today from California).

Well, while chatting online with an Apple rep about the status of my order, ANOTHER Apple rep called to confirm that I was indeed the one authorizing my purchase. Once confirmed and he ran my card, he said it should change from "processing" to "getting ready for shipment".

As of yet, my status is still "processing".

I should note that I never gave any cc info during our conversation.

Trying to stay positive! Its only 4PM here, if this thing ships sometime today it should be here tomorrow.
I honestly think they are having issues and not telling us. Always order Apple products from Apple, never experienced this before. Wondering if they are overwhelmed and supply is low.

I think there are a lot coming from the US. Think about how large the iMac is and how costly it would be to ship them quickly to the US where I am sure is a large percentage (if not a majority) of their customers. Mine still hasn't shipped, they have promised it will be here tomorrow or Wednesday. Has to be coming from the US. I paid for expedited shipping.
Same here. I have called several times and they are still saying it should arrive tomorrow. I don't know how this could be. I notice my expdited dates shifted. I called to raise hell, and they shifted the date back. But my status has not changed. Processing items is what it say. Since Oct 13th.

That's good to know. I live in Fremont and have the same configuration as yours, and the same delivery window -- 17 to 21. It is getting awfully close to the 21st and it's aggravating to find that the status is still "Processing". I hear they are shipping them out of San Jose which is only a few miles away so I am still hopeful.

ETA for my order was suppose to be the 21st but got an email last night saying that my order is preparing for shipment but the new ETA is Monday, Oct. 26th.

Ordered 3 different times, cancelled the first two to get a better machine. Ended up with the Radeon m295 27" with 8gb of ram and 256 GB SSD. Placed the order around 1:30 PM CST. In processing. Delivery date is 10/30. For retailer pickup.
