I think you would have to take out of your bag. You really need to hold onto the case to pull the MB in and out.............which I think is a plus but depends upon your viewpoint I guess!

This thread is getting quite long so apologies if I missed this already being discussed... But does anyone have the Hard Graft Laptop Folio for their new rMB? I think I saw it mentioned in this thread somewhere (long thread!), but I'd love to see some user photos of it. I like the ocean blue coloured one, I think it could look ultra chic with my (just ordered) silver rMB even if it's really really expensive.
On their site, they have pretty good photos but you really only see the front side with the leather pouch. I'd love to see more angles of it, like the rear side for a start..!

Got my Joli Limited Edition case yesterday guys. What a sexy, sexy piece of kit. Fits like a love, smells like a ferrari and the hand-written note is so cool!

Received the same one and absolutely love it. I got the black/red case for my 11 inch air a few years ago from Joli and I've been very happy with it. Love this one even more with the blue smooth leather.

Is it the Gold MB? I like the way it its color change with the light... and it doesn't help me to choose my future MB color
I keep my air in a Saddleback Leather sleeve, which then goes in my briefcase. Since the new rMB is so close in size to the 11" air, I'm pretty sure it will fit, since the sleeve is nice and soft and has stretched a tad.

Finally decided to get this one. Should receive it in a couple of weeks and will let you know if I like it.
I think it would be pretty smart - I think they grey and black would be perfect for a space grey rMB. I love the smooth grey leather the Joli is made from.

I doubt it. It is a VERY snug fit by design. It does loosen up a little after a while but not enough to accomodate a plastic case I would say.
Arrived today - very happy with it. Really nicely made, with a good amount of padding too.

As an aside, is it OK to charge your MB while in a sleeve, or best not to?
Glad you like it! I tend to charge my MacBook with it sitting on top of the sleeve, not inside it.
Ooh, can't wait for mine to reach, ordered the same sleeve.
I wouldn't recommend charging with the laptop inside the case. I read in another post somebody doing it and it overheated the laptop overnight. Too much of a risk hazard for me.
As more time passes there should be other cases hitting the market. I personally liked the Joli cases. I haven't bought one yet but simple fits the bill for me.
