Exactly the same but mine says delivery on the 27th - which I suspect is entirely unrealistic based on experience of everyone else in this thread!
I received the "Your order has been shipped" email, and got my apple store number, delivery reference number and link to track my order.
The email says the order is expected to be delivered on 4/11, yet when I log onto the apple site, it says expected delivery is 30/10...and that the shipment has been despatched...
Can I track on UPS? I didn't upgrade my postage or anything when ordering. It's coming with an iPod touch.

Nope, I don't get any of that. It does say shipped on the 24th though. What does your UPS tracking number look like? I.e. how many digits and how does it start? Maybe one of the numbers I have will work to track direct via UPS. I can't try right now though because I'm on my iPhone in a seminar. :-S
Mine is there to (even though apple tracking says its out for delivery, poor driver have to from there to Denmark for the delivery, he wont be home dinner hehe), have your progressed yet? i got an email from UPS saying that theres some sort of problem, so i called since my MBP should have been delivered today and UPS aknowledged that theres some sort of problem, but only Aplle are allowed to get details, hmmmmmm.
Called Apple, and they really dont care, as long is it is delivered within 1 more week, they wont take action or even call UPS he could see that is rescheduled to be delivered that date, strangely enough UPS claims that is not true.

I orderd mine on the 17th and Today the status has changed to prepared for shipping, still no tracking number and the expected date for delivery is the 6th to 7th of November

I ordered my MBP on the 16th and it shipped today on the 24th. Ups says it will arrive on the 28th and Apple Says it will arrive on the 27th. So either way its coming soon. Ayeeeee
Someone asked where to they send the laptops to. Mine went to Ireland for some reason. I thought London would of have been more reasonable.

Just Got an Exception and UPS INTERNAL ACTIVITY CODE- what does this means happening- it hasnt seemed to have happend to previous shipments yesterday as metioned in this thread so just wondering any reason why this is?

I got that one to, just showed up, i wonder how UPS is handling the package.
At least they have now set a new delivery date on it, so monday should be the big day, and work have agreed that i can take that day off if i just the hours over the next 2 weeks
but lets see the tracking during the weekend firstShould deffinately be monday- if it leaves NL by 21:00 (GB time) it should be in germany at 23:15 ish (GB time) hopefully if it departs germany by 2:30am (GB time) it should get to wherever in the UK tommorow to either be picked up if you can or delivered to our doors monday fingers crossed!

There is still hope that it will be delivered today since UPS delivers until 7pm residentially. Originally Apples website said Oct. 27 (Monday) but right now it says Oct. 24 - Out for delivery. There is no scheduled delivery date on the UPS site.
I wish I wasn't watching it so closely. If I hadn't checked today I wouldn't have expected it to come today. Now if it doesn't I'll be anxious all weekend. I'm not a very patient person

reggieband- i totally agree that i wish i wasnt watching as closely, except though that it wont be delivered today to the uk as it has to go to germany first then to the uk and then delivered to various address- deff. not before 7pm!!! and yh same thing with the dates by apple and ups for me aswell.
I'm gonna remain optimistic, but I will tell you why:
Notice it says Apledoorn after Shanghai? My guess is that Apeldoorn is where the brokerage is processed and the package has never been there.
Then again, I may be getting my hopes up ...

Which one did u order? And did u get any extras? I also ordered 17th but nothings changed yet... estimated del still says 5th/6th.
REGGIEBAND--correct the customs stuff has been sorted before it went to NL but it still has to physically move from NL to Germany then by plane to UK then by truck to various locations depots, hen to your own home, im pretty sure theres no way its going to do all that within 2hrs!!
Yes you're right. Somebody else mentioned this earlier. I reckon our shipments will be in uk by tomorrow. If ring them there could be a possibility of going to depot and collecting it yourself, seen as they dont deliver weekends. Thats my plan anyways

so I took that as well as a 8GB Green iPod Nano part. Got it at education discount. Not sure whether that had any influence over the free HD upgrade but Still happy bout that.So only a HD upgrade plus iPod.

Nice one! Maybe I should've done it over the phone instead! I ordered the same but added the printer as well... I think that's what is holding mine up - it's a bit annoying though as I'd be happy to pay a bit extra to get the mac now and the printer later... or maybe I should just cancel the printer... hmmm...
