New MacBook Pro UK Shipping Times

Can my status change from "In transit to costumer" to "UK distribution center" on a sunday ?:confused:
If not, ill stop refrshing the page every 10 seconds! :p

reckon i'm in the same boat as you!

ordered back on the 27th, shipped on the 5th and says this currently:

Shipped to NEWCASTLE, GB 05 Nov 2008
Estimated Delivery Date (Subject to change) 15 Nov 2008 (Subject to change)
Current Delivery Status In Transit to Customer - Shipment on Schedule 10 Nov 2008

The estimated delivery date changes daily to be honest - it flits from the 14th to the 15th and back again. I ordered a macbook pro and a bag (which claimed it could be delivered the next day when i purchased it) but obviously everything gets sent together so i have to wait for the macbook to be ready before i receive the bag. Which to be honest I'm quite glad about because it truly would be a kick in the face. I think it's really poor that we are spending so much on a computer or indeed an order - just to be left completely in the dark. Might I add that when I ordered the laptop it said BEFORE PURCHASE ships in 4-5 business days. Suddenly, four to five days later it changed to 7-11 business days. I'm not holding my breath for a delivery this week tbh :mad:
 
You should hold you're breath because from all the info I've gavered on this forum our orders should arrive tomorow or wensday at the latest...
Keep us posted if your order ever changes status.

What info does it give you when you plug the estimate in the TNT international tracking website (under reference number) ?

nothing, says it can't find my order/package. Both the UK and international searches. Christ knows why.
 
I just phoned them, and they said either I've been given the wrong number, or TNT don't have it yet. I suspect that it is the wrong number, because it's the same as the apple reference number you get right from the start. I hate apple.

then they don't have it yet. If you read this forum, that apple number works with TNT, but only when they have it:)

almost three o'clock and the same old screen....

however this has now changed on the apple order status page

Estimated Delivery: 11 Nov, 2008 - 17 Nov, 2008
Guess I won't be getting my mac until next week now. Getting quite angry to be honest - I actually needed my mac from today!! :mad:

don't be so alarmed, what this all means I that apple will recieve it in thyre distribution center on the 10th, then you should recieve it within the next 48hrs (24hrs at best)

we're actually waiting to recieve the same order aren't we? the same macbook pro with the same specs etc, what does your tracking say?
 
instead of tracking via the uk site i've just gone through the us site and got this instead:
Shipped on: Nov 5, 2008 via Syncreon Technology
Tracking #: W***************9199
when you click on the tracking number however it just throws you back to the regular page.
Godarn it apple......

Just checked tnt's website, my reference number is working now. Apparently TNT got it today, so it looks like I'll get my package tomorrow.

Yeap, its been like that from the start but it doesnt give you any extra info.
