Smells like SSD and Matte folks will be on the later side of things.

Man, I have so many new accessssorrriiiies. Maybe I'll make a papercraft 'Book to pretend with.

I ordered Stock config on Jan 16th, and I finally have a prepared for shipment! Maybe I will get lucky and it will ship tomorrow and will be here Friday. I'm keeping my fingers crossed...

Here's to hoping it'll make it out of China today (it's 12:29 PM there)!!

Just to keep with the protocol here, I ordered 1/22, the 2.93 Ghz, 7200, etc...

I am right there with you! "Prepared for Shipment" :D:D I thought my status would never change.

I have a stock model. Apple is giving it to me to replace a broken late-2008 model MBP. The order date was Jan. 20th.
 
My unit has shipped :eek: It took about 12 hours from 'Prepared for Shipment' to 'Shipped' (For those curious) I don't have an Estimated arrival date yet.

Ordered: 4th of Feb in UK from the UK Store (It was the 3rd of Feb in USA at the time).
 
i haven't ordered mines yet. but if i place an order soon, do you guys think it will ship soon or do i have to wait til march?

i hope not! :(

i just want the 2.93 ghz, glossy display, thats it, no other custom options.

If you ordered it now you'd be waiting until March.
 
Just got the shipped notice from Apple. I see that the email from Apple shows delivery by Feb 23, but the FedEx tracking page shows delivery by 10:30am Feb 20. I'm excited! I ordered Feb 4th for a 2.93, 7200rpm 320GB drive, 4 GB RAM, glossy with Aperture and Final Cut Express installed, with DVI adapter from the ADC site. I'm located in Florida.
 
Just received an Email from Apple which leads me to the Shipment Tracking Page. Estimated Delivery 24th - Being shipped by UPS. I tried putting the UPS Tracking code in to the UPS site but they do not have any Tracking info on it as yet. Gosh I'm excited :D

I had the same situation for shipping, Apple shows the 23rd, FedEx the 20th by Noon (Washington State). Ordered stock machine, with a couple programs installed on Jan 18th, EPP.

I had the exact same email today, who do we listen, obviously it will be a great weekend if fedex keeps its promise!

Although i installed the delivery status widget and both mac and fedex they both show delivery by 20th

I'm not really concerned; no, not really, at least not with my medicine.

But, can anyone explain what's going on here? :confused:

I shore hope not!
I ordered (at the 8 of JAN) a MBP 17 inch Matte, SSD 256 GB and a faster CPU . and its expected to be delivered next week

I live in Sweden btw ...

Maybe longer, I've ordered mine 13-02 and apple still says it will be shipped out 13-03 :( (But I'm still hoping that it will be sent earlier)
