Hmm, my MBP landed in Korea. I understood Korea was a waypoint for UPS flights to the US. Do UPS packages to Europe also go via Incheon? In the above example, it appears that apolloa's package went directly on one of UPS' five weekly flights from Shanghai to Cologne.

Doens't sound hopeful macrem...Which one of the Korea's is it?

Apple informed me that my order was bumped to Priority 1 on Nov 5th. I remember thinking wow, things are going to start happening...

Three days have passed since my MBP was first scanned by UPS and since it has only gone further East...

If a Priority 1 package does not qualify for one of the five UPS flights per week direct to Germany, what does?

WTF?? I really don't get how this can happen. Good luck receiving your MBP tomorrow! Maybe its worth asking UPS to hold it in their depot to go pick it up. I'm already thinking along these lines...

My MBP is now in Europe. It was scanned in Warsaw. Based on other's experiences, it should be in Cologne, Germany later tonight, then in Apeldoorn tomorrow AM.

apolloa mentioned his MB went back to Cologne a second time. That seems to be what's happening for other destinations in Europe. Could anyone else confirm whether laptops shipped to NL also go to Germany 2X?: Cologne > Apeldoorn > Cologne > back to NL again??

Im typing this from my brand new Macbook Pro This thing is perfect! It looks really nice and is really fast! UPS deliverd it this morning, after they screwed it up yesterday. But anyway, the machine is perfect and after reading all those horor stories i kinda got scared, im sitting behind a window with sunshine, and the glossy screen is wonderfull, don't have any problems with it.

The incase sleeve is also really good, the material is really soft. Looking forward to my Incase sling pack, which will probably arive tomorrow.

So after 5 months of waiting i finally have it, and i can only say "it was worth it".

Now im going to enjoy my Macbook pro some more, so..

My UPS tracking page earlier today & the Rep I spoke with confirm that my package will be delivered tomorrow (13 Nov). I then planned to work from home tomorrow to be here when the package arrives...

I just arrived home and refreshed my tracking page UPS' website, which now indicates:

"Your package has experienced an exception." (3rd time during this delivery) [...] "an unforseen event has occurred which could result in a change to the Scheduled Delivery Date".

Me too!! The departure scan from Apeldoorn seems to have put it back on track with a scheduled delivery of... today
