The Air also has a better design than the Helium. Covered buttons, covered mute switch, and a better grip.

So I have the helium and was thinking about getting the Air and sell the Helium on eBay. Has anyone went from the Helium to the Air? Is it worth going from the Helium to the Air?

Go back a few pages, myself and several others went from Helium to Air and posted our impressions. tldr version; Air better than Helium in all regards

So apparently I'm getting really good life out of my JPA.

As a note for my numbers in terms of break in, I had used mine pretty much everyday that I had the case on. Busy times at work and in life right now.

I can imagine that if you haven't used the case daily or have location services, bluetooth, etc... all on while charging that the results wouldn't be optimal. Basically the best thing to do is to not use the phone for the 40-50 minutes it takes to recharge the phone and turn off the peripheral services (I always leave celullar on though).

Also a note, don't kill the phone completely. Charging from zero only got me to around 90%. It apparently takes a lot of initial juice to get the phone powered back on. It was like that on my iPhone 4 and iPod Touch versions as well.

@MarkCooz: Glass screen protectors work fine. The case does not come over the front of the phone at all. I have a Bodyguardz Pure on my phone and I still have a slight lay on the table. Like maybe a millimeter. The screen does not touch the table when face down which is all I care about.

Anybody have pics to share? Really eager to see some pics. Also does anyone know if the GLAS.t SLIM works with the Mophie Air?

I use the regular (non-slim) GLAS.t and you can still lay the JPA face down without the GLAS.t touching the table.

wonder how much longer till best buy has the white version in stock (they did not know they had the black on on the floor) I had to show the guy in the cell dept that they were on the shelf for another phone..and they had white mjpa iphone 5 labeled but it was for the 4 and 4s.

New Mophie Juice Pack Air for iPhone 5

I just got my Mophie white air case today and I've got to say its really nice. I ordered it online and it shipped early. We will see in the next few weeks how it performs.

They are carrying the JPA at Verizon now... works great with my corporate discount.

Do they have white or red, or just black? I have a 25% accessory discount... do they honor that for the mophie's?

EDIT - just looked on my company's verizon site, and yeah, the 25% discount applies. I only see the black one though. I'm guessing since the first red and white just shipped this week that it'll be a bit before stores see those?

I actually called around and one of the local Verizon Corporate stores had the black one in stock. No red or white though.

I just received my Product Red version, the full review is coming Monday.

YouTube: video

I don't think anyone cares about a review, there have been plenty on here as it's the same product just different color. I think we all want pics of the red and white one.

For those who had the Helium,
So which do you guys prefer? The snap on version that Apple sold or the slide in version that Mophie sold? I wanna get the Air but I kinda don't feel right about the slide in technique. I kinda wanna wait til Apple sells them with the snap on technique. So slide in technique doesn't cause any scratching or damaging to the phone?

@thaghost: I don't think he is angry more irritated that certain people only seem to post on here to get views for their youtube channels. Not only is it against the ToS but it is annoying to watch a video that is basically one long advertisement.

In any event the red one that my lady got is actually really nice and turned out a lot better than I expected it to. I didn't like the JPA iPhone 4 variant but the shade of red isn't as bright as that one and as such it looks really good. I prefer the silverish band on the red and kind of wish my black one had that type of contrast either in a silver or even a lighter shade of black.

Hi Guys and Gals,

I just got the Juice Pack Air today, and I noticed that the plastic around the camera cutout is a bit loose (I can move it with my finger), has anybody else noticed the same thing or is mine in danger of falling off?

Snap in felt like I was going to bend the phone when I tried getting it out.

I had the slide in version of the helium before returning it and getting the air, I found that the phone moved up and down in the case when inserting and removing the headphones, I really didn't like that. That doesn't happen with the air, and no damage so far.

Mine isn't loose. It may be a defect.
