why is it so overpriced :( I wish anker or powergen made battery cases for the iphone 5 so there are more options to choose from

Question, y'all

Does your phone say "cannot charge from this device" when it reaches 100%? Mine doesn't go all the way to the 100% symbol. Should I get this switched out?

Yes mine does the same when my iPhone charges up to 100% or near that at like say 97%, I get a "accessory does not support charging message" or something like that. This only happens though if the iPhone is all charged up and the case still has to be charged more. If the case is all charged up, like I did not use it that day, and only the iPhone needs to be charged, that error message never appears. I figure it must just have something to do with the way Mophie designed it to charge. Regardless of the message, both the case and my iPhone charge up fully and I have no issues.

I got the charcoal helium, and I am glad I did not pay for it because it stinks, I barely went from0-60% on my IP5, not sure if the regular one is that much better?

Anyone have this issue? I'm taking my juicepack back tomorrow for a new one.

When plugging the juicepack and iPhone into the wall together as one (phone is in juicepack and I'm using mini USB), my iPhone will charge for a little bit, then charging and discharging over and over and over. At that point, I have to take each device and charge them separately. I thought you could simply charge both at the same time by plugging them in.

Do you have the Mophie switched on? I believe it needs to be one when charging.

I also have this issue with 1 of my 3 knockoff battery case. I use Apple's (OEM) lightning cable and not the one that was included to charge the case and phone. The other two, I use a micro usb to charge.

I use the regular (non-slim) GLAS.t and you can still lay the JPA face down without the GLAS.t touching the table.

any problems taking the JPA on and off with the glas.t? I have a JPA now and thinking about getting the glas.tr slim but am worried that taking the JPA on and off the phone daily will cause problems.

Los Angeles, specifically the BB in Santa Clarita, 91355. I was actually surprised to have seen the Air and actually I don't think the staff realized they were not Helium's. They were hanging off the "Helium - Black" peg which showed a price of $79.99. I almost bought one and insisted on the $79 price since that is what was marked but I don't want a Black Air.

Ah love Santa Clarita... So better than this place Lancaster :-/. How's the mophie holding up? I bought one for myself but it won't be here until the 6th of May.

FOR CANADIANS, MUST READ, DONT BUY!

Are Canadians getting their Mophie juice pack air in a different packaging and design?

I see all these youTube unboxing of them but all the ones in Canada from Apple have two stupid curves at the bottom attached onto the battery piece and does not allow us to slide our iPhones in. Instead we have the line it up with the volume rocker and snap it into place, wtf...this is terrible. I already compressed and damage the inner plastic a little bit from snapping the iPhone into place.

By the way, because of the curves, people with invisible shields (in Canada), don't bother buying it, you have the pry the goddamn case open to take the phone out because the invisible shields grips it with the matte finish inside of the case. Again, this would be avoided if we didn't get a completely different design than others.

I am definitely returning my Mophie to Apple and I could care less if the case is damage...terrible design Canadians are getting.

You bought the Apple version not the "Canadian" version. At Apple stores here in the US they sell the same variant that you got.

Order from Mophie.com or just from the Best Buy (Future Shop is their Canadian branch right?) and don't buy this from Apple direct. You will get the slider style from every place other than Apple.

After further research, I understand that it is an Apple version. I was frustrated yesterday and I will be definitely be returning the snap on version because taking it out is absolutely ridiculous. If you have an invisible shield like I do, believe me, you'll need to take two kitchen gloves and a full force pull to detach the case!

Yep, which is what people are doing in most cases, which is why BBY is in such dire financial condition.

Not sure where you live, I'm from San Diego and none of the stores have any sense of customer service. Discounts? They haven't issues a coupon in a year. They don't do coupons anymore, not sure what you're getting "discounts" on. In fact, they're under investigation for falsely discounting by inflating a price about a manufacturer's set price and then discounting it to the manufacturer's price.

Lol. Yes I was at a Best Buy in SD, they have NO idea what they're doing in there.

Got that error 1 time and have not gotten it since. I love this thing, it is nice to have that extra juice when you need it.
