Nope, it's not the app. It maybe some kind of bug or user error that you are experiencing.Nope, it does now show. tried everything for the past 2 days. It only shows if I first add it to "My Music" and from there add to Playlist.
As for offline: I have marked the whole playlist as "make available offline". That means that all current songs AND future added to the playlist should be available offilne. Right?
Nope. it makes only the ones already in the playlist offline. For new ones that I add I have to mark each song separately as offline.
This is so stupid and one of the worst music apps available. Can't believe it comes from Apple. But than again they have a reputation to f**k everything up that is related to "The Cloud".
For now Spotify is light years ahead.
That's kinda annoying. I worked around that issue by turning off cellular data for the App Store. What is more moronic is I can't stream on cellular and still only download app updates on wifi...
One complaint I have though is if you add a song from an album into my music and then decide you want to add the whole album. You have to first remove the song you first added to be able to add them all. Or add them one by one.
Is it just me or does this only appear correctly if you make songs available offline at the song level? I've been making albums available offline, and the individual songs within them don't showthis icon. When I tap the ... (more options) I get the option to make available offline. But they already are offline - which I can prove by turning off internet, plus the ... (more options) on the album is to remove download (rather than make available offline). It appears that for songs which are actually on your phone, there is a very tiny iPhone icon at the top right of each song in the list when in views other than "Songs" such as Album or Artist.

Buggy.
Apple Music navigation and user interface is just horrible. One of the most complicated apps I have ever used and definitely by far the most complicated by apple. Unbelievable. Don’t think my parents are gonna be able to use this, they get around spotify just fine.
What is going on?
1-3 is actually 1 point. As someone who does not want to use streaming but only play from the library I notice some severe problems:
1. At least 50% of the whole ui are useless to me but no option to remove
2. I used to switch a lot between artist title and album in the bottom bar which is now gone
3. A lot of things take now at least one more interaction (press screen) to work
4. The app causes a heavy battery drain from wanting to be online all the time without a necessity to be as I only play from the library and don't need radio connect and streaming
Nope.Notice your phone getting hot when using the music app? My iPhone 6 does.
Looking in settings/usage and it’s high in the list despite little usage.
I depends on what you want to do.Ok, obligatory stupid question coming up!!!
I'm currently using iTunes match on my devices. Whats the difference between this and the new Apple Music service - which one do I use?!
The audio level is lower for me when I turn on sound check.I've noticed that listening to apple music on my ipad air, the audio is too low. I have it turned all the way up, and it's not enough, I go to spotify, and its loud, loud enough for me to have to lower the audio. anyone else get that?
dumb question, but is sound check in the apps menu? or in my ipad settings? found it. thanksThe audio level is lower for me when I turn on sound check.
So try turning that off.
For everybody who didn't knew here are some precious tips:I want to customize my tap. It used to be there but now it's gone. Why is that Apple?
Oh...Ping 2. Taking the precious tap space.
