Please don't call it a tablet, or I'll consider cancelling my order. I am already scared enough that at some point, the 6 Plus will break my weak 3.5 inch-trained wrist when I try to lift it.![]()
Whoops! I meant PHABLET!

This article is click bait, nothing to see here. MacRumors must be short on ad cash this week...639 comments on a Samsung ad...give the people what they need MacRumors!
I still don't see anyone camping out for Samsung devices.
Has Samsung done commercials like this for every other manufacturer? LG and Nokia and Motorola and every other phone company copied Samsung but Samsung has a preteen adolescent affair with Apple. I still don't see anyone camping out for Samsung devices.
Good ad, stirs controversy.
Otherwise, there is a reality check :
Samsung Note 4 is hands on better than the iPhone 6 plus for the hardware. Exception being the finger sensor. And it has a bigger screen while being not as large.
Design-wise, iPhone 6 plus rules of course. Not a surprise, given the premium price !
So if you're mostly into design and appereance and hype, you'll go with iPhone. If you're more into hardware specs, and prefer a screen that has more pixels and contrast, you'll go with the Samsung.
And for the phone, I don't see any noticeable difference between iOS and Android. The latter gives you better flexibility.
I have an iPhone 5, I will switch to Samsung in October. That's called not being a sheep. But I will keep my iMac over any PC forever.
Microsoft was not "the only company making PCs and PC software", but Microsoft Windows was the operating system on like 99% of every PC back then. So Microsoft was indeed synonymous with the term PC and so the ads were clearyl targetet at Microsoft. Because if you talked of a PC you just meant a PC running Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and so on... "Cmon".I think I agree.... lol -

Yes, because MS was the only company making PCs and PC software.
Cmon. It was about all of them. It was about a style. And it was clever.
Samsung is being sued by two large electronic companies right now, just an fyi, so it's not ONLY Apple that sues other tech companies.
Free advertising for Apple. People may not have known about a larger iPhone... until this ad.
Thanks Samsung!

I dislike when a company has to resort to making others look bad to sell product.... I'd rather they emphasize their own strengths than others weaknesses
*edit- Yes I am aware of the "Im a Mac" ads that ended 5 years ago
The other manufacturers don't matter when Samsung and Apple run them over, and Samsung running over Apple in marketshare.
Also, the cost, You can get a Note 4 for 649 or 699, but the iPhone 6+ will end up costing at least $250 more... Does not make any sense whatsoever.
Since when is that a negative for them?
People camped out for Harry Potter books, Cabbage Patch dolls, Justin Bieber tickets, the movie Avatar and $100 off a TV at Walmart on Black Friday.
Just because something is stupidly popular (emphasis on "stupid") and people will sit outside for days, says more about the user base than the company.
I find it amusing that SS pays for all these celebrity endorsements and then the people they paid get caught tweeting from an iPhone. What does that tell you?
Apple will sell more iPhone 6s by end of year than SS will sell the S5 all year. I'm betting the 6 will outsell the S5 by a factor of 10.
Why does MacRumors post these stories? They're just giving them free advertising at this point. I understand the stories about the actual products of Apple's competition, but why post the attack ads? What kind of good discussion is going to come from this article? Who seriously thinks that this article is a valuable contribution to this site?
It's a christmas gift, it's still wrapped up!

Just a guess... But Apple Pay is dead in less than 2 years. There are already sooooo many other solutions out there.
