So even if you do believe the phone will be limited to emerging markets, do you think everyone that reads MacRumors is from USA or something?

It's so bizarre that you can be so ignorant considering that it says where people are from, right in front of you on your screen.

I take it you try to limit how much you read each day? Don't want to tire yourself out unnecessarily with the strain of paying attention to things?

Chill dude, I was only asking a question. Go try waking up on the right side of the bed.

Don't worry, once he buys a S4 he will spend a lot of time in android forums, asking why the phone freezes and gets virus. Apparently that's the innovation

Hmm, I bought an S4 (I was an avid iPhone user up to then and got fed up waiting for a real upgrade - iPhone rumors have always proven pretty reliable) and it has not locked up once, nor have there been any viruses on it. No flakiness whatsoever.

You have obviously not tried Android lately. It has matured a whole bunch over the last couple of years. The folks who have freezing problems with Android have either underpowered off-brand tablets with limited RAM, or they have installed an unstable firmware from the experimental/development branches of various projects. Mine is rooted but I am keeping Samsung's firmware on it, because I happen to like Touchwiz and their other refinements.

Hmmm...your account doesn't show where you are from...

But for how long? Some apps may require the update - and if you rely on those apps, you might "have to" update. Naturally one can always choose to not use those apps/update - but at some point - saying no one is "forced" seems more like semantics.

No to mention a time may come that you have to have your iPhone replaced via service and they all come with iOS 7

Unfortunately, the S4 is the phone I was given at work. So yes, I know it well.

I do respect your opinion, but I truly dislike the phone.

My iPhone 5 freezes also from time to time. And, "gets virus"? Really? I believe any device nowadays can get a virus so your points are relatively petty.

I really think if Steve were here, the iphone would have changed to a new design from the 2010 style.
Like last year, when the iPhone 5 was a complete redesign with other materials and bigger screen size. And this year, when iOS 7 looks like **** happened. Seriously the people claiming that the iPhone has not changed are kind of blind [add insult here].

Metal also trumps wireless charging, NFC (and antennas in general), replaceable batteries and memory cards.

I always wonder why 90% of metal phone owners put plastic cases on them? At the same time 0% of plastic phone owners put metal cases on their phones. The only reasonable conclusion I can draw is that people hate metal phones.

See: Antennagate.

Yep, so many viruses for iPhone out there!

What TH are you talking about....

After using iO7 on a test unit the only thing I'll be getting will be a Samsung S4!

The new iOS only brings Apple up to date with android and if you call colouring every thing white, which, looks shocking on the black phone innovation, you'll be happy.

Several updated versions on the iOS are just meh! including thenew way you choose/scroll through dates etc.

Sorry peeps

See YA! Wouldn't wanna be YA! Dont ever come back . See how iphone users dont go on galaxy forums but galaxy users are on apple sites? thats the iOS > Android

S4 is a great phone, for me though, its just too big, 4 inches is enough(probably 4.2 would be max for me). I dont like bigger phones

4.2 or 4.3 would be awesome .

Heck no. Metal trumps plastic any day in my books.

yess sir
