Just got it from someone I trust that in Philadelphia, T-Mobile and Best Buy have them in stock but obviously aren't allowed to sell until the tomorrow (1st of November).

Take that as you will.

*update* I asked if this was confirmed and he said he stopped in at Best Buy they have them in stock and then called T-Mobile and they confirmed they do have them, but can't sell yet.

Jut called the biggest T-Mobile store in my area (in Mall of Amercia) and they don't have them and aren't expecting them.....

Doesn't at all match leaked shots of kit kat. Still has that atrocious tron look, and lots of wasted space on the navbar and status bar. I hope that's not it.

Wtf is going on with that camera? Why does it protrude out? That seems like a terrible design choice. It will always be getting scratched up when you lay the phone down. Also, will you even be able to lay the phone down flat with the camera sticking out like that?

As said earlier thats a old build of 4.4 back when it was still referred to as Key lime pie.

I really hope Best Buy carries them tomorrow for the same price as the Play Store.

Yes, actually I do. And why would it be stupid? Because they choose to not have some over-the-top orgy like Apple does when they release last year's iPhone?

There's a difference between a Nexus phone and any other flagship phone. These phones aren't meant to sell 30 million units in the first month, let alone over it's entire lifetime. I won't call them "developer phones" like a lot of other people do, because I believe they've grown out of that role. But they aren't meant to beat other flagship phones...they're meant to compliment them. Google would just be cutting into the already razor-thin margins on Nexus phones if they paid a bunch of money for an ad blitz.

Think, man, think. Get out of that Apple-induced haze you're in.
