He's back...
I can’t believe what I just read.

At first, (After choking on my oatmeal), I was like… this is a total hoax that’s probably fan generated. Sure enough, it is derived direct from his Twitter account, and he’s already made other announcements elsewhere.

Un-freakin’-believable.

He Literally is pulling a Michael Jordan/Washington Wizards 1990s move.

In my opinion, this changes everything for the Buccaneers. In a good way? Hard to tell.

In a good way. It's Tom Brady.

The difference between Brett Favre and Tom Brady…..

Brett Favre was a broken mess, and never really set the record straight when he played for the Vikings and Jets. His comeback was a downward spiral and a horrible decision, and he never played like the athlete that he did prior to retiring, he was slow and sloppy.

I think CBS, the NCAA and WarnerMedia are UPSET over Brady's announcement. One man singlehandedly stole all the thunder of the sports news in a literal blink of an eye.

He waited until after the selection show. CBS doesn’t care.

I don't know--I watched CBS Sports HQ on streaming for an hour and I think they were STUNNED by the announcement. Even host Jason Fitz on a streaming only show on ESPN.com for the NCAA Tournament admitted they were also stunned by the announcement.

CBS I think really cared about the selection show. That is where the money is. The talking heads after are extra.

it's a bit bizarre, considering all the speculation that he might un-retire in order to play for some other team

Brady vs Rogers in the NFC Championship game.
Not really Greg, that’s kind of hard to do when the Packers can’t even make it past the divisional round year after year. I mean, what’s it been? Like….11 years. And yet they’re going to pay Rodgers ~$150 mil guaranteed for three years who hasn’t produced a Super Bowl since he’s been 28.

Diminishing returns is a very surreal reality for the Packers organization investing that kind of money in someone that trolls the Packers/NFL with a bad attitude.

Before they do anything, they have to make Devante Adams happy, since he won't accept a franchise tag. How they'll have any money left to pay anyone else is a mystery.

I saw that about Adams. To me, with all this money spent on these players and not re-tooling where they should be, if the Packers can’t make anything happen for the 2022/2023 season, then it’s evident that the problems isn’t with necessarily just the players, it’s with the back office with the management/owner who have no means of business in this industry. I mean, what’s it going take for them to even get past the divisional round 12 years later with an aging quarterback that questions if he wants to return to the Packers year after year.

But hey…. Let’s keep benching Jordan love. That’s a great idea!

⬆️ And……

Packers lose Davante Adams to the Raiders in trade for two ‘Prime’ 2022 draft picks.

It’s kind of obvious they would not be able to afford him being over the Cap, given that G.B just re-signed three major players, including Rodgers for ~$150mil. Also, I suspect Adams did not want to stay in Green Bay for a multitude of reasons that were ‘personal’.

Given that’s a crucial loss, the Packers will have to totally utilize those drafts to find the best wide receive to correspond with how Rodgers plays.

Good way.

He can still play.
