I tried every dam thing I possibly could. Nothing works. Every single suggestion that was made in this thread and any other thread has failed. I am completely clueless. If anyone gets it to work...dont be shy

Check to the frequent locations to see if it has a history of you at your home and at work. When you are on the way to work in the morning and you have LTE connection at a stop light, check notification center to see if it's there. I noticed today that it didnt pop up until I was on the road to work and only when I hit the LTE area.

Nothing in my notification center is working consistently on the new 5S. Even had the phone replaced yesterday with this being one of the reasons why.

The replacement 5S still doesn't work either and personnel at the Apple store had no idea why. New phone still has the same issue(s).

I guess this will require and update from Apple to correct.

Try to:
- Turn on Location Services, and go to System Services, and enable Traffic and Frequent Locations;
- Go to Notification Center settings, and enable "Today" view.
- Enable also "Today - Summary" and "Next Destination".
- If this is already enabled, try to disable and enable it again.
- Make sure you have wifi or cellular data enabled.

For me it is working now. It started last week but then disappeared. Yesterday I disabled and enabled "Today - Summary" and it started working again.

It also may take a few weeks for iOS to understand your frequent locations and habbits. I have iOS 7 since the GM version was released.

I wonder if the traffic notification is country specific? UK here and I haven't received advice in notification centre.

Also would someone be kind enough to confirm whether their home address shows up in frequent location history? Mine doesn't. Work/other places do. Thanks.

I have my home and work addresses in frequent location. From what I can see I have almoast all locations I visited.

I don't believe it is country specific. Portugal is a small country with not much traffic information, and I have that information.

It takes around 20-25 recoded trips to home and work before it shows up. Backing up to iCloud does NOT remember your locations. If you restore from backup it resets your recent locations

Working for me here in UK.

However you do need to have your home and work addresses in your own "Contacts" record for it to identify them as such.

I'm in Nottingham, and installed iOS 7 on release day, it has already flagged-up my "home" location and my "work" one, and since Thursday (so, a week after launch) I'm getting the traffic notifications in the Notification screen - yesterday for example, it told me it would take 25 minutes to get home... which was exactly right.

I've not yet tried changing the Directions under "Settings","Maps" to "Walking" to see if that then changes the time (which it should do, as it would take somewhat longer to walk the eight miles home!)

Very strange, I cannot get it to report that I am at home. Its been days now. (reports everything else more or less). In my contact details my home address is there, under 'home'. I don't imagine i'll ever get a traffic update if it doesn't know i'm home. Knows where work is (unfortunately :D). Any ideas?

I've noticed that Frequent Locations can take a couple of days to update. However I'm beginning to think that iPhone has to be charging and connected to wifi to update. Noticed tonight that Locations were a couple of days out of date until I began charging and within a few minutes they were up to date. Anyone else experienced this?

Out of interest, under Settings > Mail > Contacts > My Info, do your contact details appear here?

Hi, thanks. Yes it does. It has the 'me' next to my name in the list. My address is correctly input. It's very bizarre, as I can ask Siri to direct me home etc. frequent Locations is determined to blank me for some reason!

I have never had this work since iOS7 was released. I've tried everything this thread has posted. Can someone explain where to view Freq. Locations? I've seen this mentioned but have no idea where.

I noticed it working for me his morning for the first time.

Actually I asked for directions to work using Apple Maps. Then as I was on route checked Today (I know, I know bad boy) to see my schedule only to find my ETA to the office displaying. It wasn't displaying as I left the house because I accepted a couple meetings when I dropped my daughter at her school.

Coincidence? Any causal relationship? I haven't a clue.

I got the new 5s on launch day. My traffic notifications still arent working either. :(

It takes two weeks to learn your driving patterns. Should start showing up sometime during the 3rd week, so that should be sometime next week for you!

Perfect. Thank you. It worked great on my iPhone 5 running the betas. Guess i didnt realize it took this long to start.

I hope in a future update or the next iOS they allow you to just pre-load a few/one location from the start and then populate other locations based off of frequent locations. It would also be cool if wherever you are you could look at notifications and see how long it would take to get home.

It does do that. If you are mostly at home in the evenings and you go somewhere, it will tell you how long it takes to get home.

It worked for me once im in Canada Montreal
