Try this as a test. Open/close Notified Pro via your Activator method. Then open Safari and turn to landscape. Here's what I see when I do that (notice the gray bar where the statusbar would normally be if not in landscape mode):

So, apparently that gray bar is present after using Notified Pro in apps like Safari also, but it's not visible because the regular gray Apple statusbar covers it up. But the regular black statusbar in apps like Google, SoundHound, or on the Springboard is transparent, so I'll bet that's why it appears a darker gray in those apps.

Yea I get the gray bar bug that goes away after I open up notified again, definitely a bug.

And wow I am looking forward to those status bar icons!!!!!

Just installed Notified Pro and I dig what I see so far... But I don't have the option to close the notifications unless I hit the Home button. Shouldn't there be another option so I don't have to close out the app I'm currently in?

What are you digging? Your post shows nothing except that picture..

I hope your not thinking that the weather is part of Notified..

It appears that you're opening the app with the icon. If you open via Activator instead, you can do so while in another app without having to close that other app.

Can you post a screenshot of what I should be seeing? I was just in Facebook swiped down on the status bar to open Notified via Activator, and still no option to close. What the heck am I doing wrong?

esadb- I cleared all notifications before I took that image.

To close or dismiss the Notified list/pane/drop-down, you can either tap the bottom of the screen below the Notified list/pane or do the same Activator action you use to open/invoke it.

If you look at the picture i posted above, youll see i am missing that bottom pane. Im guessing thats the problem. That isnt a difference of the regular and pro versions is it?

When i swipe down (the gesture i use to activate Notifiedp)when i am in Notified, all I get is Clear, Collapse All, Expand All, and Close (which only closes the dialog box, not Notified).

According to Cydia I'm on version 1.4.1. Is that the most current?

Yes, that is a difference between the regular and pro version. You must not have Notified Pro.

We all assumed you had notified pro.. since you said it lol

The info shade that everyone is talking about is a Pro-Only feature. You are just activating the app ((which activator can still do) and thats why it exits your current app and opens notified.

With pro - the activator will pull down a shade which you can then hide, all while keeping your app running just behind it.

Trust me, I'd love for it to be that simple. But as you can see, I have Notified Pro and am using Activator to pull it up, but it isn't coming up as the 'info-shade'.

Is 1.4.1 the newest out? Don't know what the heck is wrong here. I've removed Pro, installed the free one, and it acts the exact same. Reinstalled Pro, and same thing again.

Ugh.

****Does your app icon say Notified or Notified Pro? Mine says Notified, and when I am in Activator picking the app for the status bar slide down gesture, it says Notified, not Notified Pro.

Maybe for some reason it is only loading the regular Notified on my phone even though I paid for Pro?

It should say Notified. Are you sure you've assigned the Notified hook and not opening the the actual app?

I'm sure you're on to something as I have no idea what you mean by that. Please explain.

I have a funny feeling that I'm about to feel like an idiot.

There are two Notified's in the actions list. One is near the top and is the 'hook' and the other opens the Notified springboard app. Your activator should look like this

It is the Notified push notification icon. It doesn't appear for you? Do you have libstatusbar installed?

No I don't have 1.5. That's odd then...I can't think of anything else I've done differently. 1.5 should be out soon though.

Lol.. I dont understand how you have it? Clearly somethings up..

Everyone on this thread is waiting for those icons and you already have them??? Are you the Developer?

And stating the fact that 1.5 should be out soon? Where do you get this idea?

Haha I'm not the developer. I only get the exclamation mark. I'm sure I'm not the only one? Although I've heard it's hit or miss whether it works or not. And the developers twitter indicates 1.5 is being beta tested and should be out any day now.

You're not the only one. When I installed it, I had the exclamation point after a missed call.
