For those of us who have been stuck in Anchorage for the last day or so, check your tracking. I have a departure scan for 2:56pm which I believe places my phone on UPS51 which took off about 25 minutes ago. Hopefully everyone else is seeing the same thing. Should land a little before midnight central time.

Oh and it’s back to saying Monday delivery. :)
same here.

The only flight I see in that ballpark is Korean Airlines going to Anchorage... unless I’m doing this wrong, hah. http://flightaware.com/live/flight/KAL8207/history/20171104/2315Z/RKSI/PANC

That one seems to be a supersonic jet considering it's about to land already after 1.5 hours :D . I think the Polar Air dolphin2421 linked above is likely the right plane. It's possible it hasn't taken off yet. The UPS departure scan time seems to be the scheduled take off time not the actual time (from looking at the U99 flight logs)

Mine departed as well finally but I will be returning it anyways. Walked out of the Apple store with my shiny new iPhone today. Stood in line for 30 minutes and transaction took about 7 minutes. Sometimes my impatience pays off:). Enjoy your new phones everyone. I am loving it so far!

See! This is how iPhone launches should go! The pre-order system should be a convenient way for those who are traveling, busy or live far from an Apple store to get an iPhone on launch day. Up till now it’s been used to avoid waiting in days-long lines, or not getting your phone for months. Hopefully this is a sign that things are changing, and Apple has finally got this worked out.

My theories about missing scans were not correct, but things look ok so far.

My phone stuck in Korea got a departure scan at 11/05/2017 8:15 A.M.
My phone stuck in Anchorage got a departure scan at 11/04/2017 2:56 P.M.

The good news so far is both are still scheduled for Monday delivery.

What it looks like:

The phone stuck in Korea
From Korea UPS 99 arrives ANC 9:43 PM 11/4
UPS 99 continues to Louisville (SDF) arriving 8:46 AM 11/5

The phone stuck in Anchorage
Arrives in Louisville 12:30 AM 11/5

I don't see any activity Sunday, and I don't see the schedules for Monday, but if the same as this past Friday, there are many flights out of Louisville to support Monday deliveries. For example, to California arriving LAX 4:37 AM and to Ontario two flights arriving 3:36 AM and 4:27 AM

So the next leg of the journey departs Anchorage for Louisville close to 3 hours after the Incheon flight arrives. Will that be enough time to clear customs?
That flight gets to Louisville at 8:46am EST Sunday. This gives UPS less than 24 hours to get the phones out to the various cities, and onto the Monday delivery trucks. (In the east and midwest, anyway. They'll have about two more hours for west coast cities).
