O2 Now Taking Orders.

Still no confirmation of anything for me.

Looks like the 'enter your mobile number' and code pages have gone. As have the nice ajaxy select your tarrif ones. Clicking on upgrade now just goes straight to the blank fill in your details form.

What a farce.

Same here ... is starting to drive me up the wall!! Thought you could only order using the upgrade form .. by the looks of this thread people are going through the normal order process ...

Well at least my order is showing up in the tracking panel now.

That might be O2 changing the page layouts as we speak... ;)

The demand should drop a bit as people go to work, and fewer can access the pages. Having said that, more and more people are going to learn that orders are open online as the news hits the tech web pages like the register, engadget, gizmodo etc.

Hopefully. I've got bugger all else to do today. not until I get this ordered anyway :D
 
I'm now getting an 'error, your order could not be taken' message straight after filling in the blank order form.

At least that's confirmation of some kind!!

Have already had to phone work and say the cat is sick.
 
finally got my upgrade code, selected the 16G and now I'm once again looking at the spinning thingy!!! :(
 
got through to telesales and they are so annoyed (LMAO) about the iPhone being available for order today as they say the website is not working properly (really?) and that we shouldn't be able to order it until the 11th!

what a lack of comms in O2!!!
 
This is a joke, i've entered the info 4 times and i keep getting the bloody error page!

I'm goin to a shop on friday...... cannot be arsed with this online malarky!
 
I got to the page to text me an upgrade code and it then moved onto the payment page with no mention of needing any upgrade code. Odd. It's now sitting doing nothing after submitting my tariff and payment details.

Funny. but they shouldn't be annoyed. they should be apologising profusely. New customers are buying away, and loyal O2 customers can't upgrade to pay them even more money. It's shocking. I'm pretty disappointed. :mad:

How dare we try to give them our money before anyone else. It's not like they are using scaremongering tactics about high demand and 2 week waits. Jeez.
 
This is crazy! i can believe how bad this system is!

Its hardly a surprise to O2 that this is happening; i am guessing they have known for awhile this would be coming and might be somewhat popular!??
 
the previous 3 orders i sent must not have gone through anyway, as nothing is showing up in the "my orders" section of my online O2 account..

i've had enough... going for the 3 S's now back in 30!!
 
I can't seem to track my order :( every time I login it doesn't show the order in the My Orders section. I got two email's from O2 confirming the order. :confused:
