Oct. 1 to 6 2014 Delivery Date Orders (Update) Delivered earlier!

Hi Guys,

I've not been following this thread, can someone update me here?

I have a iPhone 6 Slate Grey 16GB on order, to Liverpool UK. I have the delivery date 30th-3rd Oct and its been preparing for dispatch since Friday morning. Any news on this lot?

My 0530 EDT 9/12 6+ 64GB SG ATT order has finally charged to my CC. MegLuvsMacs and whatbrown, you better be next!

I think you are on the wrong thread. Most people here are Americans who had an iPhone 6 plus delayed until October 1 to 6.
 
I've decided that UPS reps have no formal training and do not even know how to read their own screens. Called for more info because I have to miss a few hours of work to pick up the package and he asks a colleague then proceeds to spew crap about customs, the Shanghai scan being this morning (not realizing their Sunday morning was yesterday) and says he doesn't understand why my system would show delivery tomorrow with original Tuesday. Ugh right back where I started.

Oh...um. Hey I'm just super freggin psyched that this this is not "Processing" anymore. Now give me my phone! :)
 
In all my years of obsessive package tracking, if I've learned only one thing it's not to expect tracking updates on weekends, no matter where it's coming from. Packages have always come on time, though, knock on wood.

Seriously, it's coming Fedex. Wish my phones were too; my experiences with them are always better than UPS.

Edit: uh, no offense to our resident UPS employees. It's not a reflection on you.

I agree and thats what I have been saying. what ever your delivery date says on UPS tracking that when you are getting your phone.

It will all update tonight and be out for delivery sometime tomorrow or whatever your date is
 
Man this is so hard to believe. Its been over 60 + hours since my order was shipped and stuck at ZhengZhou, China 7:10 PM Arrival Scan. What are they waiting on? The security scan should not take this long. In China right at this moment of time on the PST time frame it is 11:09 am Sunday but in China right now it is 3:09 pm Monday already.

The soonest a plane could take off with our phones would be apps 6:35 pm China time or about 3 hours and 26 minutes. That would place the take off time apps 6:35pm Monday night if it don't take off by then we could miss our 25th delivery window. I am basing this on I am on the west coast so it would have to travel to Kentucky first then all the way back to NV and that takes time.

At least one more day after it arrives to Kentucky. So if it does not take off within the next 4 hours and you live on the west coast then you may get your phone late.
 
I'm just surprised no one has speculated that a UPS employee stole an entire load of iPhones somewhere in Shanghai ;) :p

UPS air shipments almost all go to Louisville and are delivered next day everywhere in the continental US. So If I, in Alabama, ship something to Cali, it goes to Louisville and then leave Louisville around 2-4AM for delivery tomorrow morning. It makes no difference where in the US you are.

Perhaps that's why UPS said it's still Tues/Wed. and the Monday is a false positive? Hope not.

I didn't call and I have an estimated Monday delivery (saver shipping too).
