Quick -and probably stupid- question about preorders. I preordered at 6am last Friday and have the oct 1-6 estimation but my order still says processing.
I've seen some chatter about those emails that said "your iphone preorder has been reserved but you have to click here to finalize it" or whatever. So... those were just phishing scam junk right and not something I actually needed to do? The link URLs looked quite suspect.

Seriously though, no changes on my end for my order, just like everyone else :'(. Will start investigating my line options tomorrow.
No, those were real emails. Should have received two. One coming about 3 hours after you tried to place the order, then another one with a link hours later. Gave you 24 hours to complete the order.
All of us here with the Oct 1-6 arrival date is still in the "Processing" stage. Crawling up the walls and somehow patiently waiting for that to switch to "Preparing for Shipment"

On the bright side, these are probably the last few days of us not seeing any action on our order status. And not too long after that we get to check flights
Yes, I'm going to keep reassuring myself that the status will change in the next few days, and that I'll have my new iPhone 6 Plus sometime next week.
Meanwhile, my brother gets his 6 Plus delivered on Friday...
So should I be worried If I never got a 2nd email from Apple?

That's all I have.. along with this cursed Oct. 1-6 date that will haunt me the rest of my natural born life.
No worries, if you didn't get that email..then you should be concern.
The first 2 emails I posted above were from that d*mn reservation mess. Once I placed the order, this was the confirmation with order #.
Same boat here, feels like it's been in this status for a month now. Been a long week..eh!
At least your status changed. Got an earlier delivery date but nothing yet.

Well that explains it. Dunno why you have a later delivery date then me, cause i had ordered at 10h10 and have from the 26.09. Guess something went wrong

my productivity this week has dropped dramatically...cant stop refreshing the order page and check ups for my 6+
i'm grateful that my 6 is already on its way for 9/19 delivery.... but I'm desperate to get hold of the 6+ too.
i sold my 5s three weeks ago..so had to use the 4s. i really don't know how on earth i was living with the 4s before. it just look so outdated
