Oct. 1 to 6 2014 Delivery Date Orders (Update) Delivered earlier!

Just changed my delivery to Will Call and the agent said my phone can be picked up tomorrow at 9am! I do still however feel the need to stalk the movement of my phone - which by the way has been ZERO since landing in Louisville at 1:34 yesterday!

Next Day Air is by 10:30 in most cities. The Next Day Air Saver is delivered by 3p.m. to a business and end of day for residential. 2nd Day is end of day also
 
My delivery date has always been tomorrow (9/25) but now I'm starting to get really impatient. I would like to see at least an import scan sometime soon, just so I know it's not chucked in a corner somewhere by accident and no one knows about it.
 
Out of curiosity, what is the breakdown of the phone each of you are getting. I know some of your signatures include the choice, but chime in.

This may take our minds of the Import Scan for a few.

I've been following this thread for half my life now, so in case this helps anyone else, I thought I'd post my tracking info in full.

Details - I pre-ordered one i6+ in space grey at around 6am ET on 9/12, and got a delivery estimate of Oct 1-6. That changed to processing on 9/18, and then shipped on 9/19. According to UPS tracking, I was originally scheduled to receive my phone on 9/22 (early) or 9/23 (regular delivery). Mine came Worldwide Express Saver. I never contacted Apple or UPS about my order or delivery.

My phone is out for delivery now, and I have my fingers crossed it will make it - any delay now would be purely local, since there's a bit of road construction on my street today. :eek:

im getting iPhone 6+ 16GB silver and ordered within 10 minutes of apple store coming online, recieved oct 1 to 6 delivery from apple.

I wouldn't worry about it being chucked into a corner. If it were just a few people, there would be cause for worry. But every 9/25er is in the same boat and even UPS didn't likely lose or forget about several million dollars in iPhones ;)

For those in Orlando area with 9/25 delivery there appear to be two flights that run daily between Louisville and Orlando. One leaves around 4:15 PM and lands just after 6 PM (UPS2326) and one leaves in the wee hours of the morning at 4 AM and gets in around 5:45 AM (UPS1326).

With that said, I would like to see an import scan and departure scan for that afternoon flight. However, if we do not make it out until the early morning flight on 9/25 I am confident it will still make it to us based on what I have seen on this thread.

Also if you are in Orlando and doing will call, make sure the name on the package matched the name on your ID or come prepared with a release authorization form from the order... stood behind a guy this morning at will call losing his mind because they would not release his iPhone even though the address on the package matched the address on his ID. They said names had to match.

For those who are frustrated by the 2nd tier shipping, I have spoken with a manager at Apple. He said that if there are enough people with Express Saver who got their packages processed through Louisville quickly and enough people with Worldwide Expedited who had their packages delayed such that he could establish a pattern, then he would be able to take this issue to logistics to try to get an answer.

I don't want to post his number in a public forum. If you PM me, I'll give you his name and phone number. If enough people call him with this information, then maybe we can get an answer.
