Same here mine shipped for a deliver by the 30th. My tracking number is just PS as well. Wonder what that means?

Probably means that Apple didn't bother paying extra for a USPS tracking number. I'll bet Apple just sent them out regular first class mail.
 
:) Mine has shipped and is "In transit to customer" with an estimated delivery for monday. Lovely!
Tracking on TNT tells me it is Nuneaton (near Birmingham I think) but for a status I have to call.

that means Postal Service, they don't have tracking numbers (unless you pay I assume, and i think that's expensive.)

mine just shipped, delivers on monday. :) hopefully it's full retail.
 
I ordered my Leopard UTD disc on Sunday, Oct. 21. Finally, it was shipped via USPS @ 2:30 P.M. EST, here's a screenshot of the status of my shipment. I should receive it by Tuesday of next week, i hope the UTD is shipped soon for the rest of you guys too, now my wait for the USPS postman begins... :D

Yeah, Nuneaton is just outside of Coventry. Mine's showing as there too.
 
Mine just went from "Not Yet Shipped" to "Shipped" in the span of two minutes.

Anyway...set for an October 30th delivery. Whatever I guess. This should have been handled a lot better on Apple's part. I'm glad I'm getting it for only $10, but they planned the Up To Date program poorly and executed it even worse.

It's not a tracking ID -- more than likely some sort of transaction ID.

These are all coming via regular snail mail.
 
Bye bye thread. I gave into temptation and just ordered a copy of Leopard to pick up at 6pm from my Uni Bookstore. ;)

I just got too worked up to wait until Monday. I'm a little ashamed of myself now. :(
 
When I got home from work an hour ago it said delivered by the 29th but now when I check it says delivered by the 30th. Thats really wierd. I bet we'll have them monday but I guess tuesday by the latest.

I'm bummed but at least everyone else can bug test for us.

I live in the US and getting it Monday.... How the heck do you track these things? That is not a USPS tracking number provided.

Hey any Canadians get a estimated date of delivery on their order?
I came home today and saw it says it was shipped October 25th via Purolator/Canada Post. Anyone else see a estimated delivery? Also when I enter in my tracking # it says I have to call and im much too lazy so has anyone else done that from Canada?

I hate to correct you, but the screen shot shows a tracking #.

Does it work when you type it into the USPS website? The tracking number I'm seeing doesn't. It doesn't even look like a valid USPS shipping number (has a bunch of 1s at the start).

You are absolutely correct! When I tried this morning (and again just now too) it says, and this is the exact quote:

>Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site.
 
Mine says "delivery by Oct 28th". I'm hoping it will come tomorrow. USPS does deliver on Saturdays. I have a little bit of hope. :eek:
