Offical Mac OS X 10.5 shipping status - Via Apple's "Up To Date" program

Called the woman handling Leopard for Australia again today (remember I'm in Melbourne) and found ou that they're being shipped from Singapore. So I don't mind waiting, I mean it is a pretty much free upgrade o.o
 
Still nothing here in Toronto.

The more I read about Leopard, the mre I want to install it...I'm primarily stoked about Front Row and the speed boost.
 
I don't have my copy so when i called apple, they said that if i don't get my copy by friday, i should call again and send me another one at no charge. (i hope not by snail mail again!)
 
Lo and behold, when I left for work this morning (07.15) and wanted to get my newspaper from the mailbox there was a long, flat box inside. YES! My UTD disc with a Lepard booklet. -> -> Fast forward to now: Leopard installed with little problems, everything works and Time Machine is about to make it's second run. :D

BT keyboard and mouse were recognised and no issues with my AirPort Extreme Base. Yes, the firewall was OFF so I enabled it.

UTD was ordered on 27 October.
 
I apologize if this has been answered already, but I purchased an Imac from Amazon and it won't have the upgrade disk included when it arrives tomorrow. Sounds like purchasing the upgrade disk via mail is a pain. Does anyone know if you can walk into an Apple store and obtain the disk even though the Imac wasn't purchased at the apple store?

Leopard UTD arrived today through the Canada Post regular mail (no sign required) in a brown bubble wrap envelope shipped from Markham, ON. I'm in Atlantic Canada and ordered Oct 18. So glad this crazy wait is over!
 
To Prizm: Regrettably the only way to obtain a UTD is Via the website. However, if I was in your position, I'd go to a store an argue for a copy. Since by tomorrow it would be the second week since Leopard's release.

I got my UTD disk today! Finally! I'm located in Atlantic Canada.
 
Mine arrived today too, in Toronto, shipped from Markham (Birchmount road). I really wonder what the delay was...the disc itself says "recorded in Canada", so it def. didn't ship from the US or Singapore. Whatever, it's here now. Tonight is for the upgrading :)
 
dang! im from toronto too! cant wait to get back from school today.. thank god my schedual allows me off early today! got plenty of time to upgrade .. thats if it does show up, hah

My UTD Disc arrived today in a brown envelope, no signature required. Apple Canada shipped it on Nov. 5th not October 25th as stated. The disc was recorded in Canada, possibly at Cinram facilities not far from Apple Canada HQ in Markham, not in Singapore, as others (Americans, Europeans) stated. As for the pattern here, everyone in toronto and area are getting them today, couple of my co-workers received it also. My friend at the mac store got them Mon. morning.
 
UTD didn't arrive in Montreal today.
Guess it will arrive tomorrow or next week, if shipped from Ontario.

This is beyond ridiculous now.

In New York, and still no leopard up to date disc after ordering it on the 17th of October. I think we paid Apple 9.95 for a storage service, to hold on to our disc. Seriously apple is it coming during this year?
 
got mine on nov 5th, ordered on 10/28. not bad turnaround here in nj, at least compared to what everyone else is going through on here... sorry guys :(

funnilly enough, my student adc mailing arrived on 11/5 also.
 
Apple places a new order

So as today was the 10th day with no sign of shipment, i called up apple and told them i was promised my copy 10 days after shipment. they simply placed a new order that is set to ship mon-wed of next week, with a delivery estimate of november 14-20. something to try for those of you who haven't received your copy yet.
