Oddly enough, it has shipped from the USA (city not specified). Usually my Apple Store shipments come from within Canada if they aren't computers, so I'm wondering if North American shipments are all coming from the States.

just Called.. and she was confused she said my Status said PREPAID FOR SHIPMENT and Mine SHOWS "Not yet Shipped" she was like u called yesterday bout the same thing. i was like yea.. lol she seems like it will be shipped tomorow so u'll receive it next week.. she was ruuuuudeee
I wish I'd done the thing that makes me not have to sign, its £6 for god's sake!
There wasn't an option for any other shipping methods when i went through checkout.
Im in UK, so i don't think it'll be USPS. usually tnt to UK isnt it?

I have always had to sign for everything I have ever ordered from Apple.
As far as the UTD I would assume they want you to sign for even more if they are using the USPS to prevent a lot of "I never got it!" calls.

Same here in L.A. Still shows "Not yet shipped." The suspense is killing me!! I have a new copy of windows xp and the "orange box" sitting here just twiddling their thumbs!!! And with a three day weekend to boot I pray it arrives tommorow!!
We can only wait and see. Meanwhile Dr. Freeman is crammed in a tiny jewel case in my desk drawer and it pains me to think about it.
