Offical Mac OS X 10.5 shipping status - Via Apple's "Up To Date" program

Remember this thread is about the $9.95 UTD disk. Is that what you're getting shipped?
Yeah, I'm beginning to lose hope here... I don't think we'll be getting UTD until next week sometime... 
Needless to say, I'm pretty p-ssed off... They should have at least given us the option for express delivery, I would've paid the extra few bucks for it.
UPDATE: Just called Apple, they said the status is "prepared for shipment" and that means it will go out within 24 hours. Bah!

Don't Loose hope... just yet..it's USPS... check ur mailbox u never know.. and USPS sux at shippin and stuff. and apple's system might be slow.. to due a lot of orders they are having.. wait till later tonight... after that then we can loose hope..lol
and yea i would of paid express deilivery.2 stupid
an apple representative told me that all our UTDs are prepared to ship...that is they are packaged and ready to go...they just haven't gone out yet. he said they might go out tonight, otherwise tomorrow, and he heard that they would go out via fedex ground (which i'm not sure i believe) to be delivered probably tuesday or wednesday next week, depending where we live i guess
Im in UK and my UTD package has only just switched to "prepared for shipment".. looks like ive got a long weekend of waiting ahead of me!

All I have to do is wait patiently. If it comes Mon./Tues. fine with me, as I can do other chores around the house. Even catch up on movies. Life is not about computers. Admit it, we all spend on computers too much these days.

Fedex... huh... Hmm i hope it goes out today...i really hope so.. i want it install it tomorrow night!!
Yeah, same here... when I first did the UTD order, I assumed it was being *delivered* on the 26th, like the retail versions... Planned on having it Friday afternoon and spending the day installing it and playing around, setting up Time Machine, etc.
At this point, I'll be very surprised if I get it on Friday...
I live in SoCal, so if it goes out tonight and is shipped FedEx ground and there's a warehouse nearby, I *might* have a chance... But not counting on it.
He said the rep said FedEx ground.....
That is how everything has been shipped to me in the past, but FedEx ground here where I live = "home delivery", which delivers Tuesday- Saturday, and for me on the east coast, normally takes 3-4 business days. So if what he was told is true, I should get it Thursday or Friday. (maybe Wednesday if all the stars line up right!
But the way I look at it, is that while I may be disappointed I won't get it tomorrow, I only had to pay 10 bucks for it sooo....
(and I have TWO computers that qualify....so not a bad deal) at least this way I don't have to buy the family pack until after x-mas!!)

Are you refering to your Lepoard Up-To-Date order?
My order still says "not yet shipped"..Its pretty much going to SHIP OUT on the 26th, and if they use USPS or Ground, we are looking 3-7 days guys. This is really going ot suck for us..
WTF are you on about? Did Apple ever promise you you'd get the UTD disk tomorrow? Did Apple's order site ever say anything other than "Shipped by 26th October"?
I always knew when I ordered the UTD disk I'd probably get it shipped to me the week after Leopard came out. If I was that bothered, I go out an buy a copy on Friday night.
