Has anyone had any issues with their unlocked phone? I received mine two nights ago, and it has the audio issue. I can't hear anything while on a call, I have to use speaker phone.

I'm still trying to figure out how to send it back and try another one.. and so are the 3 apple techs I spoke to last night......

u can get it replacement in the apple store ... this happens most of the times if u get some dust particle in your headphones jack .. make sure you clean that and see if it words

Unfortunately, I don't live anywhere close to an apple store.
Ill check out the headphone jack when I get home.

call them and tell them to help you find the way send it back, send it back to them asap and get new one from them, it's not your fault, bro. don't waste your 700$ to get trash. don't try to fix it by yourself.

15 Nov -->1 week to change "preparing for shipment" ,two days after that ,shipped from chia --->5 days later get it :)

I ordered a unlocked black 64GB back on the 22nd. I figured with the "Ships in 1-2 weeks" my folks in NH would be there to sign for it as it would be well after the Thanksgiving break and they would be home from their vacation. Well, it shipped the next day, and Fed-Ex attempted delivery the Monday after Thanksgiving. My folks are still away & I'm out of town. Bummer.
Now fed-ex is shipping the phone back to Apple and I had to order another one. This time the order is going MUCH slower. Looks like I won't have a phone for some time. Moral of the story. 1-2 weeks doesn't always mean 1-2 weeks. Also try and be home to sign for your package.

If you ordered on the 18th and are "still processing" you should NOT cancel. At this point you must be damn near the top of the que. I'd stick it out. It will ship soon.

yeah, i know it's almost there, but the reason i got mad is some people ordered at same day or later than me, they got their phone on its way to them. my friend, she ordered at same day with me and she got the phone on her hand already :mad:

Actually, my November 18 order has now gone from shipping December 2-9 to shipping December 9-16. Looks like they're having some supply chain issues.
 
What did you order again? Did your friends order the exact same model/color?

at least they email you to tell you that they have changed your deliver day to Dec 9-16, but mine, they don't do anything, everyday i log in and check the status, still "processing item" ship Dec 2-9
 
Well, my 64GB Black ordered on the 29th says delivers by Dec 12th-19th.
 
Just tried and failed again to reserve one at the store.

That crappy Galaxy S2 looks better by the minute.
 
The order status page is not accurate. I had a 32GB White 4S ordered on 11/18. Still showing preparing to ship, but package arrived today.

i think tomorrow Fedex or UPS will pick it up, because right now is morning/noon in China, and at the end of day (tomorrow morning in US), they will come and pick all up. i hope so
 
ordered a black 16GB on the 21st also... still processing... Live in India and have a friend travelling from the states to India on the 9th... if it dosen't arrive by then, I will have to cancel it :(

The good news: My new unlocked iPhone Black 4s 32 GB has the same audio problem as discussed a few messages above. After living with it for a week I called Apple and they gladly sent a FedEx label and asked me to send them back the defective phone .....

The bad news, they won't send me an replacement (new ..and not refurbished ) until the FedEx return number is in the "system". I will then get a "priority" replacement .....when the next one is available.

The worst news....I will be without a phone for who knows how long.

Well, I had to ORDER a new phone, they wouldnt just send me out a new one. so I returned my existing phone, and placed a new order. The customer service rep said I could keep this phone until the new one shows up, but this still sucks. I have to wait another 2 weeks to get my 'replacement'.

I have gotten 3 unlocked iphone 4s both black and white in 16gb at Apple stores in MAryland, I was only able to reserve one and just called the stores and went in and asked for it, they seemed to have it in stock. Some stores still have stock after online reservation says zero. for example, earlier this week, I reserved a white one and when I went to get I asked for a black one as well and they had it in stock. MIght be worth a try for people still waiting
