OMFG... UPS "missed delivery" of my package

Actually the 4 tmobile ones were redirected and delivered at my job. ATT wouldn't allow delivery besides the customer's account address.. FFFUUUUUUUU

This kind of thing happened to me a few times. It sucks when it does. I've seen it mostly when it gets very late and the driver just wants to go home and leave it for tomorrow.

Don't feel bad. My fully paid full price phone was marked RETURNED TO SHIPPER in the tracking. Since I manage a UPS Store I was able to call in some favors and now they are holding it for me at the customer center. It was on the way back to Apple. They said it was because it was being sent to a UPS ACCESS POINT (MY STORE!) and Apple won't permit it which unless it has recently changed is not true. You can't deliver to a different address but a UPS STORE (ACCESS POINT) has always been permitted.
 
I've never had that problem. My driver just knocks and sets the package on the porch without waiting to see if anyone is home.
 
Another apple product launch, and another drama with you ;) it's like you crave the attention ....

It will get redeliverd.
 
Have never gotten UPS to ring out buzzer in 15 years. And they've never left a note. Always claim nobody was home for delivery even though somebody is always here, including two dogs who go crazy when that buzzer rings.
 
I wonder if we'll see any videos of drivers chucking them like a football 20 yards away? That would piss me off more than them deliberately skipping it.

Alas, I don't have this problem since AT&T stuck it to me this year. I did play with my wife's new 6s+ and aside from it being heavier, I don't know if it's worth the upgrade for me. I don't do any super computing on mine so I doubt I'd notice the increase in cpu/ram performance.
 
website says they missed me.. lol... of all days they come early today when they normally come late afternoon.
 
If anyone had bad experience with UPS... Call Apple and file a carrier complaint.

This is common here in NYC. I hate UPS
