If they are auditing their chat reps will all be fired. My coupons were not used they did price adjusts. If the deal is dead, It might be. The 11.6 are now 3 to 6 months wait. If they go and charge my card additionally that's also fraud and I'll fight with my cc as will most of us. Don't fret, either try or give up. Don't say you got the code on eBay, say it was on the your kindle. I think the question they ask "how did you get the promo code in which email " is a plot to get you to falsely say you got it on eBay and now you have a chat history of that... It was on the kindle special offers I believe and the code said 20 percent.

If thy ask for so much info exit and start up another chat. The ones that help you right away after you explain are the keepers. The one that forwards you o kindle dept are pains and will not budge.
I bought a code on eBay and just tried to use it with a customer service rep, but they said I couldn't use the code because it wasn't emailed to me. He almost seemed willing to help me with buying an 11" MB Air.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm bummin' right now.![]()

Well, there's people from this site and probably other sites that have been trying to get the 20% deal (sorry to say but the ebay codes are not legit). Unfortunately, some customers have been rude and very demanding. Word gets around. I'm not sticking up for Amazon, but this info gets circulated quickly. So, many reps could be tired of it.
I figured they would be tired of the constant 20% questions but i mean this was a question regarding my order. I made sure i was extremely polite to give them a break. It said "shipping soon" for days and yet I received no shipping update.
i understand that i should be happy that im getting it alot earlier than the 1-2 months but the attitude of the reps is somewhat unacceptable for a company that gets such rave reviews. The last rep i talked to wouldn't even answer my questions with specifics, she just copy and pasted the last thing she said. is it a crime asking why my order is delayed? I've been checking 20 times a day (i know no life) if theres an update on shipping adn look at it now. My estimated 15th delivery is now 17th. Why?
I think its more of the fact that i was reassured that the laptop will come def by monday but than they changed the date on me. This is 3 days after already charging my card of course.

Lol yeah... I ordered an 11" and its supposed to get here tomorrow but I'm looking at the tracking thing and I can't really see how that would happen cuz I doubt ups works Sunday's. So I'm guessing I'll have to wait till Tuesday

Yeah I have a tracking number.... I did 2 day shipping and they sent it ups ground. Doesn't that take longer?

Well it came from Kansas and right now it's in Dallas Texas which is 4 hours from where I am (Houston). But they don't work on Sunday so that's why I find it hard that it'll be delivered tomorrow
Have faith...I'm in Houston too and I get things that ship all the time on a Sunday from Dallas the next morning. They do work weekends, they just don't deliver on weekends.
