Man I absolutely love it but what do I get rid of for it? It would probably be the 9PXL and I just couldn't bring myself to do it. I reluctantly sent it back. Enjoy. It's a fantastic device.

I know what you mean, it's going to be a tough call because how do I get rid of my Pixel but let's see I'm sure it will run flawlessly.

I have to say this phone has made a really good impression on me, The first day in everything ran so smoothly awesome battery life. I still have more settings to tweak and I have to give the camera a good look, kudos to OnePlus a really good job. I would highly recommend this phone to anyone looking for an unlocked phone for their carrier. I like to see them update the launcher a little bit since that is what I'm using to allow the grid size to expand so I could use more of the screen real estate.

It really is a fantastic device. Best value for a phone out there and it's not close in my opinion. Even taking value out of the equation it stands toe to toe with the S25U and that fast charging plus solid battery life is a game changer. I just prefer OneUI 7 over Oxygen OS. But I may pick another 13 up when I get home and trade off one of my devices, perhaps a foldable. Wish I had it here in Hawaii with me right now. Even with the great battery life I got a couple of bouts of battery anxiety the last couple days with the S25U

100% agree with you I'm thinking right now this is going to be my slab to go along with my foldable phone, as much as I love my P9PXL which I love the extras that Google gives it I take this phone over it easily.

Yea device to device I agree with you is the software with the pixel for me. The pixel feature drops and the potential for more to be added with each update and then the little conveniences that the pixel software bakes in it is hard for me to give up. Just don't buy an S25U. Mostly using all that on my 9PF though so maybe I do give up the XL. Glad you are enjoying the 13. It was one of the hardest devices for me to send back. I don't send many back but with my bougie teenage daughter needing a car in a few months I'm at the stage of life where I may have to make choices 😜

Haha yeah no S25U for me since I only do one Samsung phone at a time and I'm not giving up my ZF6 till the next one.. it will be tough to get rid of my Pixel but thinking I'm leaning that way.

Any possibility of you posting a few photos from Hawaii?

That ZF7 is looking tempting but I may be holding out for the tri fold. ZF6 is my work line for now.

I always charge my phone at the end of the night but wanted to test the overnight drain as well as how long the phone can go. I think it did pretty well.

Ho
Sure I'll drop some in the photos thread that is stickied later. I usually do when I'm here each year. I'll try to get some with my S25U, 9PXL and 16PM

how do you find the camera compared to the pixel? I'm tempted to get one as I can pretty much get cost of oneplus 13 for the trade in value of my iphone, in the 512gb variant, but worried camera would be a step down. Mainly concerned about moving dogs lol.

I don't have any pets for moving shots but the camera is perfect for my daily usage, only thing I miss is Google dictation but tbh I don't care now bc this phone is solid.

I've been using this phone on the Verizon network without any issues, reception excellent no drops , speaker and phone calls are clear. No hiccups with daily use as the phone is fast and fluid. As stated the battery is beyond exceptional with ridiculous fast charging, today I went 26% to 85% in 17 minutes. You can customize the OS with plenty of low key options along with gestures that make using the phone a pleasure. If you're on the fence jump off and get on board folks. It's the best phone nobody is aware of haha carry on !

I got an OnePlus 13 (the one with the blue vegan leather backplate) last week; wow, this display is stunning!
Out of my last 3 Android devices; S25 Ultra, Pixel 9 Pro XL and now the OnePlus 13, the OnePlus is by far (very far) my favorite one of the 3.
Everything feels incredible smooth, imho much smoother (ofcourse) then the Pixel 9 Pro XL and even smoother then the S25 Ultra.
The ergonomics are also really good with this device.
The feautures of OxygenOS very useful.

The real cherry on the cake is the insane fast charging time; about 32-35 minutes from about 15-20% to full (100%) with the 100Watt VOOC Oneplus charger.

I am truly enjoying this device. And I say this as an iPhone user since the 3GS (and upgraded ever since every single year).

There's just one minor thing I hope OxygenOS will enhance; lockscreen notifications. They are not as polished as in iOS.

But again; Overall one of my favorite Android devices from the last few years

I just sold my mint condition OP13 on Swappa. Buyer said that the phone is very slow and lags, which obviously wasn't the case for me. I offered to refund him if he wanted to return it. A few days go by, he took it to Best Buy and decided to have them take a look. They decided to repair or replace a gasket (his words) and told him the issue is likely software.

So now I'm stuck with an opened phone, who knows what the store actually did. Swappa says I have no obligation to refund buyer because he took matters into his own hands rather than just accept my return / refund.

If this goes to a PayPal dispute, is there any chance of it going in my favor? I'd think he screwed himself by trying to repair it. I'm trying to not be a jerk but this just really ticks me off and now he's saying that this isn't fair. So I assume if I refuse to refund it'll go to PayPal.

This is why I usually just trade my phones in rather than sell. Probably the last time I'll use any online service to sell a phone.

No way he should send it to repair IMO it's not on you at all, he should have asked for a refund and I would definitely dispute deny refund. I mean if there was an issue which I doubt you could ask OnePlus for warranty but now opened it's no go. Did he provide proof of BestBuy service? Did he provide pic of phone ?

One "complaint" I have about the one plus 13 R, it uses the OLED screen to show a aod fingerprint to show where to place your finger to unlock but doesn't use the aod to show a clock.

Keep his money, he took it to BB on his own and that's a violation of paypal services, don't refund him because you don't know the condition the phone is in.

ALOT of SCAMMERS ON SWAPPA

I literally just scared a scammer to refunding me my money, they sent a item to another address with my same zip code and paypal sided with the scammer, I went through my CC and sent the scammer a email telling them all the information is online and it's best to refund before they lose their job and they refunded me my money imao.

Keep information was USPS sent me a email with the package being sent to another address, I sent that to paypal imao.

I got my refund though be careful with these sites man, too many scammers man.... so many fraudsters and scammers.

I asked him earlier for video proof and he never provided it. I have BB Total and gave him permission to inquire there (it is on receipt). So he's saying it isn't fair because I allegedly encouraged him to get it looked at. I never said let them take the phone apart!

If I take the return i have no recourse except for BB Total or resell the phone and just take the loss. Again I don't want to be a jerk but I acted in good faith, he could've asked me prior to allowing BB to "repair" it.

That sounds like a giant pain in the butt but glad you won out in the end. I didn't know taking phone for repair violated PayPal policy, I'll have to get the language and send through Swappa chat.

He could do anything to it, BB will need to be added to the dispute and he needs to add the receipt and so forth, anything can happen and i don't think Paypal allows modification to any item without proper autorization
