Absolutely I think Siri is better than Google assistant because she does everything I need (even has tested better at commands) and doesn’t mine my data.
I despise Gmail for similar reasons and think it’s harder to use.
Same with Google Maps...Apple Maps is more than fine...I prefer it.
iPhones has better security, privacy, and support than Android...period. iPhones have better chips, better resale value, and longer usability. Better video and as good or better cameras than almost any other Android phone, the “better” being subjective at the very top.
iOS > Android

1. On your iPhone, use Safari, search for anything, check something on Amazon, browse the Internet for a while, then go back for example to this post in Macrumors, check the top ad. I'm using the latest versions of iOS, and I see targeted ads and info related to what I was doing on the Web. Everybody tracks you in one way or another, some may redac your name, others no, but they do track you, they use your info, they hear your Siri conversations. You just feel safer with Apple and that is fine, personally I don't care if I use google assistant or siri, I only use them to set alarms, Apple an Google know that I wake up at 8:00am and snooze the alarm until 9:00am..
2. What do you mean by "Gmail"?, I'm asking because you said "thinks it's harder to use". I don't think you are referring to how to use an email system because you should know you can have GMail, Outlook or iCloud accounts in your iOS Mail APP or Outlook APP, and they work the same (is just email!), the account type is irrelevant, maybe you are referring to the Gmail "APP", in that case yes.. it annoying because of the ads, and also Google likes to scan your emails (that is why I moved to Outlook).
3. "iPhones has better security, privacy, and support than Android", If you are confused between what hardware is and what software is, how can you be so sure about the rest of things you said?
