I'm calling right now......he said he's not sure what will be in the store when it comes back up, seemed really frustrated cause they were not notified of the store being down. He also stated that I should not refresh and he would call me when the site came back up, probably wanted a sale on the refurb I stated I wanted.
 
Store STILL down

I just called telesales about the site being down. No new products, someone just logged in the servers with the guest account by mistake ;-)

I hope they also updated to SL and are getting as many crashes as I have during the last two weeks...SL sent my macbook on the frizz...

Let's just tell ourselves it's nothing, and then we will feel way better at the end of all this and hopefully just be surprised.
 
Ok, I really called this time. Didn't get much out of Jim, but he said the site may be down for maintainence, product changes or price changes. He did not have an ETA.

He quoted me the current (old??) price (1499 US) on the mid 24" iMac.
