It's up!!!!

Edit: It's down?

Beating a dead dog here...its still down.

Yes they lose sales when the store goes down. Most of the Apple consumer base could care less what they are doing, they just go to the store and let an employee tell them what computer suits them best out of their limited line of products.

But that's the way it works for them, and it works well.

Click on the STORE button and US site come up

The store has been down for a while, maybe something was cached in your browser.

I must say it is rather bizarre that Apple would put new products up on a Friday afternoon. Very, very weird.

That's because they're not. Apple does not release new products before quarter earning are released.

my bad regarding the pricing...
the canadian address is shooting over to the .com address as when you click the mac section, i dont remember if it usually does this but thats why the prices were off for me.

I don't want to drop names, but I had dinner with Steve on Monday. There are no updates this year. They are considering tiny refreshes, but that's all.

Unless they are just doing Friday afternoon maintenance for two hours, I would imagine something is coming. Taking the site down early in the afternoon would indicate it's more than a new iLife version being released.

Totally sick that a large company like Apple take down the page to do a little updating.

HAHA, what a joke the company thought.

We live in 2009.

and not invite either from Apple today.

Hahahahahha. What a joke!
