just spoke to apple my 38mm sport grey is being shipped from a warehouse in the uk so i still have hope i will get conformation and delivery friday

I don't see why seeing as though that rep got most likely got that rumor from here... I spoke to one rep and they knew NOTHING.

Maybe because the refreshing rate of the servers depends on the Apple ID, not on the time you ordered. I think you'll be ok mate.
Anyone who had a "24/4-8/5" delivery window should be ok.

I know it'll probably be her Friday, I just want my status to change like the others lol. Some of the 08.03's that changed were over an hour ago.

This has now turned out to be incorrect information.
Our watches that have changed to 'preparing to ship' are static just now (because they are in the UK already). If they were coming from China, and this theory was true, then us guys would have 'Dispatched'.
The company responsible for updating order statuses on behalf of Apple are working through all the 1st wave orders just now. Obviously that takes time.
People are still getting new changes happening all the time right now.
You all need to calm down and wait it out.

The timing of the delivery status updates/card charging should not be seen as related to time of order. Stock will have been allocated on a first come first served basis as orders were made. Delivery status updates will however be dependent on other factors such as warehouse location, delivery location, carrier etc - as multiple carriers will be being used with logistics varying (eg UK mail parcels for Bristol will be sent at a different time to DPD parcels for Birmingham).
If you ordered before someone else then you will get the watch from at least the same if not earlier batch - but that doesn't mean it will be delivered any earlier (as other factors like those above will determine that).
