Just on the phone with Apple to get apple care + added as I forgot in the panic of the 10th of April. The agent is having a problem so he's just gone to consult with Francis.

I'm chuffed but still think launch is a mess as that store has LOADS in stock!
Need to phone for an appointment first

Having followed the thread since last night I felt the need to register and join in! Im sitting in my delivery window waiting for the door to go for my 38mm sg sports band watch to come!! I had to wait until 9am this morning for my tracking to update!

Its almost time

Phone them first, when I called earlier the earliest appointment I was offered was Sunday. Worth calling in case of a cancellation but it seems unlikely on launch day. Good luck!

Just got mine from UK Mail, Sport SG 42.

First time seeing one in the flesh, and it looks awesome, screen is better than I imagined.
 
Used a two-side adhesive foam pad-thing that's used to hang posters to stick the Apple Watch charger to my desk. Honestly, taking off the watch and then just placing down onto the charger couldn't be any more painless so I really don't think charging this every day or so is going to be an issue.

Thanks. I can't even get through at the moment. Oh well. Ill keep trying and see if I can get an appointment. I am on 12th May date so even next week would be ahead of schedule.

Yup, first I thought there was a sticker on my watch but it was the display. Incredible.

Yeah the sport band is so nice and comfortable. Can't even feel it.
Iv'e gone from a Garmin 620 to this and it's lovely.

Now debating whether or not to get the Milanese loop. I didn't fancy it much when I tried it on in store. Need to try on the leather loop.
 
So now that launch day is mostly taken care of, will orders be processed daily (mon-fri) now as stock permits?
