I ran with the Nike Running app and didn't have those issues. I first set the 'activate on wrist raise' to 'previous activity' so that you get your current active app every time you raise your wrist and not the clock face. Not sure if that might help? Also, is your strap too loose? If it's loose then activity might make it lose contact with your wrist, which would lock it and might cause app issues?

Tried all those things.... Still got issues.

Just used passbook on the :apple:Watch at Starbucks in Portsmouth.
Used mine at Cineworld yesterday for Avengers - so handy just swiping down on the watch to access passbook rather than fishing out the phone. The Cineworld passbook ticket requires you to scroll down a couple of times to the QR code but still much quicker than the phone and they were able to scan it just fine. Really hope we get Apple Pay in the not too distant future as if this is anything to go by it will be sooooo convenient.

Loving my watch so far, though in work today so not a huge amount of time to play. Just about settled on a watch face for now I think!

A) it was so so easy not having to take out the phone/wallet, and B) the girl said in a brummy accent 'it's like something from back to the future'

Haha
Then she proceeded to want to play with it
::mad:

Pic from yesterday, yep #hairyarmclub

:p That is a very hairy arm indeed *giggle*

I had my Apple Watch try on appointment this morning. I have to say after seeing the Watch in person and trying it on I'm very impressed, it looks even better in person than it does online.

I tried on both the Bright Blue Leather Loop and the Brown Leather Loop, and the Black Sport Band. I have to say I'm very impressed with all of the bands I tried on, the leather loop is great and does not feel loose, the colours are great and it feels great on the wrist. The sport band also feels great on and looks great.

I'm really happy that I pre-ordered the Blue Leather loop its a great band and I'm even considering getting the brown leather loop later on in the year. The SS Watch itself looks great, it's screen is very impressive in person, I've never seen a screen on a smartwatch look this good. I would say that the 42mm is a perfect size for a man and was certainly the right size for my wrist.

During the try on session the Apple guy did a demonstration and there was no lag or anything like that it looked great. The fitness aspect is one that I'm looking forward to using.

I'm really looking forward to my Apple Watch, the only down side is after seeing it today the wait is going to feel longer. Even the guy in the Apple Store who helped with my try on said he's got to wait 4-6 weeks for his Watch.

Anyone had any movement on their 42MM SS+BSB?

Still stuck in processing, no charge from my card either. Feel like everyone in the UK got theirs but me :(

Mines still processing, wish I'd have ordered a White Band now and just bought another band once available. Have any SS with Black Sport Band been delivered?

And the employees get a 50% discount on Apple Watch and Apple Watch Sport!

Has Apple forgotten us UK 42 SG BSB buyers??!!

Judging by the overall thread for this combination, I think it's more that they didn't quite anticipate the demand for it vs. other ones. Would explain why it wasn't available at either of the try-ons I had.

I'm waiting in processing purgatory for a Space Grey Sport, but it's meant to be a birthday present from my wife for my 30th in.................July. I'm so excited for delivery (24th to 8th) but if I have a paddy and get it before my bday, I'll be in the bad books, but waiting till July after it has been delivered? That's worse than purgatory! Haha

The box will be sat there, staring at you... agony.

Apparently some people with the 4-6 week window (wave 2), are getting there 42 SG BSB shipped before wave 1!

I probably sound like a b***h, but at least ship them in the order they were preordered!

This must be a joke? Right?

What this launch has shown me is that Apple are just not as good as Santa Claus, Even though they would like you to think it.

They have shown they cannot deliver to all the good boys and girls in one day and their elves seem to be a little on the lazy side compared to santa's

All of us still processing must be on Apple's naughty list :O

Changed my mind on strap colour

Does anyone know my options?

I was thinking if I were to cancel this current order and re order how likely is it I'd get it before July like people did with these first batches?

HELP :(
