Yep no change on my order... Must just be that planned maintenance process they do on a Sunday which seems to be completed now... Order Status: Processing Items

All this talk of Apple letting us down or bad customer service I don't really get. of all the three options I have on order all three have told me that they won't ship till June before I placed the order. Therefore they have till 30th June to deliver them before they have shown bad customer service. That's still two months off.

My wife was lucky to have been available to place an order at 8.10 on launch day ( I was on the school run so could not and by the time I ordered at around 9am it was already June). She was given the two week window staring 24th. It showed up on the 24th so they fulfilled what they said exactly coming on the earliest possible day.

I know it's frustrating waiting but don't order a product that has a delivery date two months off and then feel let down when it does not turn up two months earlier. Of course there are going to be some people who get lucky and get it earlier due to cancellations or their model having more stock but that's exceeding expectations - just because one customer does get lucky it doesn't mean they have given bad customer service to all those that don't.

If there is one thing sneaker collecting has taught me over the years patience pays off - you get what you want for retail and with less stress. ;). I lasted 40 years without an apple watch - I can last two more months.

The more I think about it, the better I like the idea of a 42mm SG Sport over a SS Classic Buckle.

Good time to switch or bad? Considering I might see movement any day now, but the SG will mean going to the back of the queue.

:p

You may as well order the SG and keep your original order and wait to see which one comes first.

You will have to pay sales tax. Its different on items in different states but I think your looking at 7% tax

I ordered the Stainless Steel with black sport band 8.06 email confirmation although the app wouldn't let me in until around 8.03, a lot of the delay seems to be around the black sport band there also seems to be a delay in the pink bands you would think that a band made of synthetic rubber would be the quickest, easiest and cheapest to mass produce over the other leather and metal bands, which leads me to think theres been a production problem with the fluoroelastomer I have seen reports of discolouration and warping of the bands after only a few days, for example the black dye rubbing off the band to expose the white rubber underneath i think they have made a very large batch of these bands that have been faulty and not up to Apple standards which has caused them to have to reproduce new bands which has caused this delay, theres no way for Apple not to recognise the cheaper black sport band would be the most popular band amongst consumer black is mostly always the most popular colour in fashion and design.

Also don't read to much into the Apple Store being done for one they don't update order statuses over the weekend it will be maintenance.

I'm pretty sure Apple adjust the pretax price of their products so you end up paying the same price wherever in the US you buy it

Just having a look at some vids online and noticed this one.....

Watch it til right at the end to what Tim Cook says...

Think he's hinting that the white band would be the one to get as he knows the stock situation leading up to the launch... Interesting :)

What delay? They haven't missed the delivery window they gave you yet.

Just come back from New York they do add the sales tax on the end which is 7% so would be $349 + 7% but thats still better than our 20% vat ;)

scrub that it is in fact 8.875% according to a google search

Order page is back up... Aaaaaaaaaannnndddddd......

No change to status!

We live to punish ourselves.

I wish I had my apple watch so I could monitor my heartbeat each time I check that status page lol

anyone else had a load of scam emails form paypal and apple since ordering their watches? my junk folder is filled with them

I might just put myself in a self induced coma and get woken up for my birthday on july the 9th so I get to open up my new watch... gotta be better than keep hitting refresh even though I got a dispatch of June I keep checking all the time its driving me mad :D

USA have been getting orders updated and dispatched over the weekend. There's zero reason why it can't happen here too. It's already been 3 days since the last UK watches were dispatched

This is the UK though and we seem to do things differently here, not nearly as much of the "can do" attitude and more of the "tough luck" kind instead.

Well, this was bound to happen. I'm starting to think it's conclusive that we won't see any more movement on our orders until the start of the working week tomorrow now.

It's annoying that US orders have been prepared and shipped all weekend. What do Apple have against us. :(
